I would like to thank all the staff and personnel of President Hotel Rimini for their superb hospitality and service during our stay. This is second time we take the rest in President Hotel… That very special atmosphere the hotel promote so gently, and so naturally, was much appreciated and makes all the difference. Special thanks to Francese, waiter. He was very professional, helpful and customer-oriented. That was very pleasant. The very special thanks to chief-cooker!!! Dinners were superb! All I can say is WOW, that was amazing! Thank you. Thank everyone.
The hotel is not placed on the sea front but on the street backwards, which is an advantage to avoid all the touristic noise. Beds are good, bathrooms are modern. The wifi internet is nor powerfull at all. The food served at breakfast or for dinner is not good quality. The rooms do not have good sound isolation, you hear everything from your neighbour. The swiming pool is very shallow and small, just for kids. i felt like some night porters do not speak english at all. When you pay expensive during high season you normally expect much more than this.
What a lovely little place this is! Quirky in it's old-fashioned elegance, you can't quite tell whether it's deliberate or dated, but either way it's like having a drop of glamour in your life. The bedrooms are interestingly decorated and quite small, but for 3 nights with all our bike luggage we managed fine. The aircon was a must - but the real blessing is the ROOFTOP POOL. Oh, what a lifesaver this was. Our trips to Rimini always include some time on the beach, and though we did our first night walking along the shore, we realised this hotel doesn't seem to have a designated beach area; why would it? It has, instead, the most lovely rooftop pool and bar area. Sun loungers, little patio tables, astroturf and a pool that you can kneel up in and cool down - which was a real lifesaver over the three days we stayed. The staff are friendly and efficient. Everything is clean. The restaurant is particularly pleasant - breakfast was mostly pastries (an abundance) with a small offering of cheese and ham and occasionally a limited supply of scrambled egg. Coffee is delicious. The bar is a good meeting area and the underground parking excellent for our 3 motorbikes. Location is great, but then we do know Rimini quite well. For the price we paid, it is definitely recommended.

It was a great stay in Hotel President. Everything was fine, the rooms, the meals (we had demi-pension) and the location. Especially the employees of Hotel President made it to an excellent vacation for us! I would stay there again.
We stayed for one night. The staff was helpful and we got the room right away. The TV was not working in the room, so we asked the staff to fix it. They couldn't, but they gave us another room. The other room was smaller and not very nice. The view from both rooms was to some kind of ventilation system. The breakfast was average. Fresh orangejuice and nice hot chocolate was the good things. Pool was closed at night and the fitnessroom is oldschool. Wifi only worked on laptop, not on mobile.
...the staff was helpful and the night porter was just an all around cool guy! The small pool with a view is amazing. ...das Personal was hilfreich und der Nachportier war einfach ein superkerl. Der Pool mit Aussicht ist grandios.
They cancelled our reservation 2 days before our arrival because of technical problems. The made a reservation instead of us in an awful hotel where we couldn't stay! Finally they charged our credit card for the whole accommodation!! Totally unprofessional.
The Hotel President is rated 4 stars. Don't let this fool you, because it's not what you think a star hotel would be. The best part of the hotel is location. It's only minutes walk from Rimini beach, restaurants and shopping. The hotel also has a pool on the roof which is nice, but it's small and not as nice as the pictures show. Once you get past this, you will be disappointed. First, the wifi is not free, they charge €5 per hour. The complimentary breakfast is the standard European style breakfast, with no frills and is ok. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the room. With went for a room for 4 adults and the pictures made the rooms look like they were separate rooms. We ended up getting a room with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds in a 15ft x 15ft space. Parking is very difficult. There is a small parking garage underground, but it's built for small or low cars. There is parking on the street on a first come, first serve basis. During the time we arrived, there was no parking available and the vehicle we drove was too large to fit in the parking garage. If you are traveling in the summer months, be weary that the hotel claims to have a/c in each room. Those rooms are hit or miss on how well the a/c works. The room we had did not cool the room very well. We had friends in another room that theirs worked great, but they didn't have hot water. Conclusion: If you are traveling solo or as a couple, this hotel may be a good fit. If you are friends traveling, get separate rooms or be prepared for close accommodations. In my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel and i've been in better 3 star star hotels. So look around and you may find something better.
Located just a hundred meters from the beach, near restaurants, tourist info, with rooftop pool and a staff that made our stay as comfortable as possible, this hotel is ok compared to the other 4* hotels in the area. Although the furnishings need some redecorating as they were a little old, carpets nearly worn down, shower not fully functioning and breakfast very dull. Overall rating mainly because of hospitality and friendliness of staff.
