Bene accoglienza, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Per alcuni aspetti da rivedere (ad es il corridoio in quadrotte di linoleum, il passamano anni 60), ma camera pulita. Bagno piccolo ma in ordine, balcone minuscolo con vista da dimenticare. TV non funzionante. Colazione con qualche difficoltà, le macchine automatiche si guastavano spesso, l'assalto di frotte di pensionati (due hotel con una sola sala colazione) a brioches e torte ha reso quasi impossibile cominciare in tranquillità.

Precio conveniente pero muchas deficiencias

El hotel es aceptable como instalación, pero la gestión es deficiente. No cambiaron toallas del baño en tres días de estancia. El restaurante es demasiado pequeño para tanta gente: no se puede mover por la sala para buscar la comida. Los horarios son demasiado restrictivos, y no renuevan la comida, con un personal no muy amable.

Hotel comodissimo alla spiaggia, camere ordinate e pulite, un po' piccole, ma funzionali in tutto (bagno compreso). Colazione che soddisfa un po' tutti i gusti. Personale sempre gentile, disponibile e simpatico :). Un po' lontano il parcheggio per l'auto.

Buon appoggio per la riviera, ma con difetti

L'hotel è abbastanza datato, sebbene la zona della reception sembra sia stata recentemente ristrutturata. La camera che ci è stata assegnata, una doppia, era di dimensioni discrete, con arredi datati e lenzuola pulite, ma che portavano i segni dell'utilizzo prolungato (c'erano alcuni buchi e strappi). Il balconcino dava sull'hotel adiacente e sulle sue camere, non concedendo molta privacy. La colazione a buffet era abbondante, ma gli alimenti di qualità scarsa. Abbiamo avuto a che fare con la titolare dell'hotel e una giovane ragazza alla reception. Avendo avuto qualche problema con la prenotazione online, riguardante un errore fatto da Hotels.com nel comunicare alcuni dati della prenotazione, siamo stati contattati dalla titolare. In quella particolare situazione, in cui né io né lei riuscivamo a capire da chi dipendesse l'errore, ho riscontrato una certa scortesia e diffidenza nella gestione della situazione. Ad ogni modo, ho provveduto a chiamare l'assistenza clienti di Hotels.com, che ha sistemato la situazione immediatamente. Segnalo anche di essermi sentita a disagio per il fatto che la titolare continuava a criticare e correggere l'assistente alla reception proprio davanti a tutti i clienti, cosa che invece penso andrebbe fatta in privato. L'hotel è adatto a chi cerca un comodo appoggio per viversi la riviera romagnola, ma non si può definire più che discreto, nonostante le tariffe molto convenienti.

Ottima posizione

Ottima posizione, vicinissimo al mare e con molti locali intorno. Ottimo anche per spostarsi verso Rimini centro / Riccione. Pulizia ottima, hotel carino, camera spaziosa ma balconcino da migliorare. Per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza, in zona abbiamo trovato personale più cordiale.
