Gute Strand nähe

Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück typisch italienisch und sporadisch. Strand nähe sehr gut, ruhige Seitenlänge, aber keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Parkplatz in einer abgesperrt Wiese für 4 Euro am Tag. Klimaanlage nur gegen Aufpreis. Sehr hellhörig mit Kanal, Klima, Nachbarn und aufzug. Zimmer sehr abgewöhnt. Sehr gute Pizzeria gleich nebenan. Zimmergrösse entspricht nicht im Internet angegeben (47 qm) reale ca 16 qm. Für längeren Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen nicht geeignet. WLAN kostenlos, trotz geschriebener interntgebühr. Rivabella und das hotel sind sehr kinderfreundlich, hat uns den Urlaub verschönert. Insgesamt würden wir 3 von 5 Punkten für das hotel geben.

Non ha nulla di un 3 stelle..... Poi c'è da aggiungere che sulla prenotazione dava "parcheggio gratuito" invece ho dovuto pagare € 4 giornaliere. Sia chiaro, la cifra pagata è irrisoria, però giusto per chiarire, non sono state rispettate le condizioni.

A due passi dal mare ma con pochi confort. Mancava la vasca per la doccia nel bagno della nostra camera e, praticamente abbiamo rinunciato a farla per non allagare la stanza.

Un albergo tre stelle che definire tale mi sembra decisamente eccessivo. In quattro in una stanza con un bagno largo quanto un piatto doccia (peraltro inesistente) con l'aggiunta di un bidè, un gabinetto e un lavandino minuscolo. Un solo asciugamano a testa. Lenzuola più piccole del materasso che non potevano essere rimboccate. Aria condizionata a pagamento. Wifi a pagamento. Parcheggio sulla strada non privato e lasciato alla fortuna del conducente. Decisamente altro rispetto alla presentazione sul sito

Credo che la criticità principale sia il fatto che i gestori assegnino a chi prenota su Expedia le camere peggiori (mi è già capitato altre volte), sicuramente le meno corrispondenti alle foto viste in fase di prenotazione. Fino a quando tale discrepanza non verrà colmata sarà difficile essere soddisfatti. Ed essere benevoli nel giudizio.

Da evitare come la peste

Abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno di una notte presso questo hotel. Il personale non ci ha accolto in reception bensì nel patio dell'albergo dove una ragazzo (presumibilmente il proprietario) era comodamente seduto su una sedia a fumare una sigaretta mentre ci informava del fatto che non avevano camere disponibili e quindi ci avrebbero fatto pernottare in un'altra struttura sempre gestita da loro. Tuttavia il ragazzo non sapeva neanche dove si trovasse questa seconda struttura e ha dovuto chiedere informazioni ad un'altra persona. Una volta arrivati nella seconda struttura abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa venti minuti per avere le chiavi della camera perchè neanche qui nessuno sapeva cosa fare. La camera nel secondo albergo oltre ad essere sporca aveva una finestra la cui tapparella era incastrata. In sostanza i titolari dell'hotel Busignani pur non avendo più camere disponibili le "caricano" comunque su expedia, poi si mettono d'accordo con atri alberghi della zona ai quali "girano" dei clienti. Pessima accoglienza, pessimo servizio e prezzi eccessivamente alti rispettano al servizio molto scadente che offrono.

Soggiornato in Agosto per 2 notti insieme alla famiglia. Posizione ottima a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia. Cordiali e disponibili i proprietari, tranquillo l'ambiente. Orribile la stanza: piccola, letti a castello senza nemmeno una scaletta per salirci, tv anni '80 con pochi canali visibili, bagno piccolissimo con piatto doccia inesistente (braccio doccia attaccato al muro e scarico sul pavimento!!!,cioè ti fai la doccia e non essendoci nemmeno una tenda bagni tutto), fon nella stanza, asciugamani di spugna dura (esiste l'ammorbidente!!!), finestrella del bagno piccolissima. Colazione quasi da no comment: cornetti freddi già presenti sul tavolo, caffè dalla macchinetta, frutta limitata, dolci non pervenuti.Avevo prenotato online anche il parcheggio, in realtà l'ho dovuto pagare 4 euro al giorno perchè mi è stato riferito che sul sito non era stata cancellata la voce mah!

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, camere pulite. Forse un po' esagerata la definizione tre stelle, viste le camere molto piccole e strette e decisamente "vecchie", sia come servizi che come comfort, sarebbe più corretto assegnarne due. In generale l'hotel necessiterebbe di una svecchiata, si vede che è rimasto a 30 anni fa. Nota dolente la colazione: caffè e cappuccino veramente imbevibili. Nonostante ci sia una buona offerta tra le cose da mangiare, non può essere rovinato tutto dalle bevande, al punto di dover uscire e andare al bar.

Bel week end al mare

L'hotel è ubicato comodamente nel centro, era pulito e le camere anche se piccole erano perfette per 2 persone del resto ci si dorme e basta ma confortevoli e con l'aria condizionata, si vede che è stato ristrutturato dagli infissi nuovi, silenzioso e tranquillo il personale sempre gentile premuroso e disponibile i prezzi sono molto buoni e di sicuro ci ritorneremo.

Accogliente hotel a due passi dal mare.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto accogliente. La posizione è un pò fuori mano, ma comunque sia, la fermata dell'auto che porta al centro di Rimini è a due passi proprio. Il comfort in camera non è altissimo, ma in compenso sono sempre pulite. Consigliato per giovani.

L' hotel è gestito da persone molto gentili, è in ottima e tranquilla posizione, le camere sono piccole però col balcone. A 100 metri hanno un terreno adibito a parcheggio utilizzabile solo dagli ospiti dell' hotel .
