From the time you check in until you leave, you will be treated with great service. The rooms are large, by European standards. The full buffet breakfast is included in the cost of the stay and is very fresh and excellent quality. The hotel is within short walking distance of several good restaurants and shopping. The beach is directly across from the hotel and has its own private area for guests of the hotel that is identified by signs. You can reserve your own lounge chairs and towels are provided. The spa services are a very welcome treat after a long trip. I have stayed at Alisei for the past 5 years on my trips to Rimini on business and I would not consider staying anywhere else when my business or personal trips bring me to Rimini.
Stayed 4 nights and everything was as good or better as the last stay, a year ago. Anna, the desk clerk even remembered me from last year! Quite a surprise to have such service. Small evening beer and wine bar, free snacks offered. Very nice breakfast buffet every day with the typical Euro fare, and hot eggs and meats. You can even soft boil your own egg the way you want! Room is very quiet and comfortable, efficient and clean. All the necessary amenities are there, including a balcony. Enjoy your stay!
THE HOTEL IS LOCATED JUST ON THE BEACH, ALL ROOMS WITH SEA-WIEW, MODERN, LARGE ENOUGH WITH BALCONY. Air condition is excellent but everything else is very good. The rooms are large enough! The very good thing is that just across the street there is the beach. Free ! Extraordinary infrastructure and very moderate prizes! We paid 17EUR for full day two beds and 1 umbrella on the beach! Inclusive champagne at 5 pm. Just the other side of the hotel many shops, majority open till midnight or longer! Low prices!
Had a great room with a small balcony on third floor overlooking beach. Room was clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was efficient, hot and hearty, as well as traditional Italian cold fare. Staff was very helpful and friendly and versed in multiple languages. Area is a very popular resort region and was there off-season.
The entire stay was very nice. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in recommending some great local restaurants. The breakfast each morning is great with fresh eggs and a variety of pastries and fruit. There is nothing better than good coffee to start the day and this was definitely the case each morning. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean/beach and it was a great way to start each morning and enjoy the quiet early morning breeze with a cup of coffee. Just a few steps, albeit across the street, from the beach where you can sit and relax in a reserved lounger and walk the sands and enjoy the water. The beach area of Rimini is very busy during the summer months so expect the sidewalks to be packed, especially on Saturday and Sunday evening but there are so many good restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, you are certain to find something for everyone to enjoy.
My room had sea view with balcony at a reduced price thanks to booking.com (booked 5 mins before arrival) The bed was enormous, tv, mini bar, air con - lovely bathroom - everything about the room I could not fault. However, a very noisy outside bar next to the hotel until 4am but that said it didn't bother me as I knew what the area would be like and wanted to stay here after 40 years since being in Rimini. Due to the vibrant night life (& the noise from bar) I redressed and went for a walk along the street to the rear of the hotel at 2am - felt totally safe- did a bit of shopping before returning to hotel and my room with a g& t from the bar (beware charged for 2 on bill! but reception refunded) The car was offered underground garage (probably because it was a Porsche) other cars outside car park but all hemmed in. Keys had to be left in a box at reception which I witnessed box was given to another guest to hunt out their keys themselves- slightly worrying - would suggest hotel labels keys with name and/or room number and out of sight. Looked forward to swimming pool but didn't use it as on the street side and entrance of hotel in full view of people walking past so didn't feel welcoming- suggest hotel look at Hotel Victoria in Cannes where their pool in same sort of position but secluded making it welcoming. Beach was 9 miles of umbrellas and bars- incredible is the word.( Amazing meal at "Fame" Restaurant - in garden on sea front - small group playing in background, cushions scattered in garden) The hotel owner/manager was very attentive. Would I stay here again? yes I would but feel its a young persons holiday area.
My first vist to Rimini and I was very impressed with this hotel. I had a friend call as the information on booking.com and the hotels website were slighty differnet for costs of room. Once everything was verified, they made reservation with credit card hold. I was given a front beach view room which was absolutely lovely to wake up each morning and watch the sunrise over the Adriatic Sea!! Breakfast was good and they would fix eggs(scrambled) on request; they even catered for persons with gluten allergies. The wellness spa was lovely and relaxing. Friendly staff that spoke English very well. Less that five minutes walk to beach and shopping strip.
This hotel is right on the front overlooking the sea, our room had a balcony with sea views. The staff on reception were very friendly and gave us lots of information. We were able to park our car in the hotel car park, no extra charge. The room was spacious and clean. Overall a nice hotel in a lovely location.
I've stayed in this hotel for a week during my vacation in Italy. The hotel is everything you might expect from a solid 4 star hotel, it's new, modern and tidy. Breakfast was very nice, my compliments to the morning waiter who worked as if we he were 10 people being everywhere at the same time, ensuring every guest is satisfied. Did not take halfboard, so can't comment on dinner. The service was at high level too, everybody was polite and helpful, especially night clerk. The hotel has its own pool as well as arrangements for the beach which is paid separately, but beach towels are free of charge. The only downside i could name is that i was unable to use wi-fi in the room with my Android phone. However I strongly believe that it is an internal problem in the default Android browser sofware. Generally wi-fi is awailable in the rooms free of charge, as alternative you may use internet corner in the lobby. I should also mention that if you have you room on the left side (let's say the fron side is facing the sea) of the hotel there is a bar nearby with live performance on Fridays and Saturdays which tend to get a bit noisy. And yes I would definately recommend it.
My husband and I came for a 4 night stay last minute. First impressions were good. The rooms are very small and basic but clean and modern. Bathroom is spotless and shower is great. This is the 3rd night and I can honestly say I have no complaints. Breakfast is ok but the coffee is worth it alone!! With the beach being directly across the road, we couldn't want for more. There is everything we need right outside. The staff do not speak much English but that's fine they try and we try, they are very patient. I would most definitely return and bring the family. Not quite a 4 star like we are used to in Ireland, but a very pleasant stay so far.
