3 ans que nous revenons aux Granges de Bigose, attirés par la beauté du lieu, le calme de la nature préservée, le confort des chambres et l'accueil et la gentillesse de Thierry et Valérie, qu'on soit pèlerin sur le chemin de St Jacques ou pêcheur à la mouche. Après une journée souvent physique, la saveur et la convivialité des repas du soir concoctés par Valérie à partir de produits locaux, vient couronner le tout.

L’établissement est situé sur le GR65 et accueille les randonneurs, mais il propose des chambres très confortables et bien équipées. Pas nécessaire d’avoir un sac à dos pour profiter de cet hébergement de qualité et du très sympathique accueil des propriétaires.

Superbe séjour au coeur de la campagne lozérienne. Accueil très convivial, chambre de charme très spacieuse et bien équipée, repas du soir basés sur les produits et recettes du terroir (aligot, truffade, coupétade). Que du bonheur procuré par Thierry et Valérie, les propriétaires. Nous y reviendrons assurément.

HAVRE DE PAIX ET DE PARTAGE

Un esprit chalet de montage et partage (salle à manger avec une tres grande table à partager ente convives) nous accueille. Les propriétaires ont été d'une absolue gentillesse et à l'écoute. Le lieu se prête au calme et au repos: attention les portables ne capteront pas tous les opérateurs. Environnement très agréable. Les chambres les plus économiques souffrent de quelques manques de détail (éclairage au dessus du miroir de la salle de bains...) nos remarques ont été entendues et les améliorations sont en cours
