TOP NEW APARTMENT
With great attention to detail, we have recently completely renovated and refurbished the 40 sqm apartment. It offers sleeping space for up to 3 people and meets absolutely German standards, WiFi and TV are a matter of course. Our apartment is located on the outskirts of Riga, in a quiet area and surrounded by beautiful birch forests and lakes. It is easily reachable from the International Airport Riga in 20 minutes.
In the center of Riga you are either comfortable by bus or by car in 15-20 minutes. The seaside resort Jurmala and thus a beach is only 20 minutes away by car. A swimming lake is in the immediate vicinity. Likewise shops, restaurants or a hairdresser. A supermarket opposite offers fresh bread for breakfast. The little ones are also catered for, with a children's playground and a basket / soccer field right in front of the house.
Due to its location and infrastructure, the apartment is suitable for a city trip as well as for business travelers or long-term guests, such as students.
