Wonderful family holiday house, just 300 hundred metres from white sandy beach, surrounded by verdancy, especially famous recreational seaside pine trees. House is located in safe, peaceful neighbourhood, perfect for children, with the centre of Jurmala being just about 10 minutes by car away. Capital of Latvia, Riga, about 30km away, 30 minute drive by car. 2 story wooden house has total 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 2 of them with double beds, 3 WCs, on the first floor a spacious living room merged with kitchen and dining room. Library/Office. Access to internet. Terrace room has a good view of the groomed garden (~600m2) with lots of barbecue place in it, as well as an exit to it. There is also a sauna in the house. Parking space for one car in the territory.
