Staff super helpful about public transportation (train is 5min walk) Breakfast good, lobby set up fancy and inviting for a drink. Fitness center was surprisingly good, choices of equipment and weight room at hotel gym was great!
Their key system did not work and we had to be transferred to another of their hotels.
I would only recommend for travel in the off season. The room was clean and beds comfortable but the air conditioning was totally inadequate. We have stayed here in the winter and found it quite nice and the staff were very helpful and accommodating on both trips. We had early flights out and they had a breakfast packed for us upon leaving. This time, with the hot summer weather, we found the room too hot for relaxation and sleeping. The hotel staff worked hard to make it better but the fan control did not provide for enough cool air to reach the room. The bathroom is quite roomy but the very deep shower tub made it a bit difficult to get in and out, especially for those of limited flexibility. Other than the room temperature it was good and the promity to the airport made it a quick trip early in the morning. Overall our experiences with Rixwell properties ( Rixwell Centra and Rixwell Elefant) have been quite positive.
We were disappointed in this hotel because of the room quality that was really bad. Hotel looks very old. I was surprised to hear that for a toothbrush kit they charge 2 EUR, is it normal for 4 strap hotel? I think no In our room we've heard sounds from different rooms, there was a smell in the bathroom

Honestly one of the best and least expensive hotels i've stayed at, I didn't want to leave! The room and bathroom was perfect and the breakfast buffet was nice.
