Good location next to old town, but the hotel is very old and requires renovation. There is a ot of flies in the room and the safe was not working, we asked for replacement but it was mot replaced

I like this hotel , stayed here for last 4 years . Roughly 20 times so far . I can see natural wear and tear in Roots and at the property. It is clean and staff is very accommodating, this review is more of a shoutout to the owners and management “ don’t let things get away from you! There are multiple things at the property that need updating and upgrading . Like shower hose and dusty dated curtains, some furniture items and bedding! Small investment here and there will keep loyal customers like me coming back.

The suite is very spatious and comfortable, perfect for a family or 5 like ours, and the hotel perfectly located in the heart of riga. Very nice staff, great breakfast, too bad we couldn't try the spa/sauna, maybe next time!

A pleasant hotel in a convinient location

A pleasant stay in the center of the city. Great location. Excellent breakfast. A professional and agreeable staff. The hotel does need maintenance touch up but other than that everything else was perfect

Not what we expected

The floor was filthy, we had to clean our feet every night before getting into bed or we'd end up with lots of bits in the bed. The bedding was ripped, there was no handwash or bodywash in the despensers -although a small bottle of bodywash was provided. The celing tiles were waterstained. Overall not what we expected and quite disappointing, especially since the reception area gave a great first impression and was beautiful.
