This hotel is very comfortable, the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is fine and the dinner is really good. The bar is never busy so you can always sit quietly and have a few drinks. Room often upgraded

Clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast. Perfect location in the city between the tourist traps of the Old Town and the interesting nooks and crannies of the university area. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Quite enjoyed my stay! Highly recommended!

The best feature of this hotel is its proximity to the old town accessed by a very peaceful and attractive walk through a small park. I'd say this place was built in the 80s and is in need of some TLC. The room I had was tiny and very poorly laid out. The air conditioning was not working. Thank goodness you can open the window but only a couple of centimetres so the experience was pretty airless. Not the hotel's fault, but with the window needing to be opened came very noisy night works on the road outside, and the short period of darkness made for very restless nights. This was not helped by the bedding which, being a down duvet with no separate sheet, meant I was either far too hot, or, on casting it off, not sufficiently warm to sleep. Two of the worst hotel nights' sleep I've ever had! The breakfast was, by Radisson standards, poor with far less choice than usual and the dining room was overcrowded. The lifts are like shoe boxes - dont use if at all claustraphobic. All in all, not a positive experience and an average rating is being generous.

This was a real gem in the 1990s and a place where diplomats were often housed. It's city center, convenient, and used to have a pretty polished team. But the hotel has been rode hard and put away wet, and the fixes to keep its standard rooms up to date seem not to have been made (see photos: broken sink, rotted door trim). The courtyard view is mega depressing (you see the rusty, barred windows of the Occupation Museum, which I think used to be the US Embassy?). The service is competent but no better. And if you really want to go Radisson, then there are many other options in town.

Well situated near old town and the wonderful parks of Riga. An Overnight stay made pleasant by the staff and food. A quiet room with a Comfy bed is one of the many highlights, together with an excellent morning Breakfast Buffet.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a tour group. Our room 410, was comfortable, with a decent sized wet room/bathroom. Unlike the other hotels we stayed in during the tour, this bathroom had under floor heating and this was very welcome! 😄 The hotel is situated close to the old town, only separated by a short walk through the park. The staff were all very helpful and the accommodation appeared to be up to date and clean. Breakfast is served in the dining room, which was extremely busy. We had to share tables due to the sheer number of people trying to eat. This is probably the only drawback that we noted. We would certainly recommend staying at this hotel.

Lovely hotel with modern interior and so close to all the main tourist attractions. Our room was very comfortable with little nice thoughtful touches here and there and the view from window was lovely ! LOVED the breakfast buffet, that was a feast fit for a king . Many thanks to staff ,everyone was so helpful and professional!

Situated not far from the canal and park this is quite near the centre with a 10 minute walk. Very modern inside it seems to cater for a lot of bus parties the meals in the restaurant are all buffet style. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom cannot be faulted with toiletries provided we would certainly stay here again. The staff are polite and friendly. There is excellent free WiFi.

This hotel is excellent value for the money. Comfortable rooms and staff where very professional and polite, nothing was a trouble . Would recommend to any one who wants to visit Riga for short or long stay.

Hotel is relatively small, this gives very good atmosphere and service quality. It is personal approach what is fanatstic in the hotel. Kitchen and Bar food and drinks amazing. Most of all I liked the young warm hearted personell and breakfast.
