The rooms are very small and they have packed a lot of people in here. They wont give you a big room but if you are a carlson club gold member speak to the manager and they will get you your upgrade. The views from the higher floors are beautiful, I had a view of the russian church and the greens around it. It can get pretty crowded so go early for breakfast if you can. Its one of the nicer properties in latvia. I enjoyed my stay here, mostly because of the great service. The room service menu is actually pretty awesome.

This hotel is quite good but the rooms are inferior when compared with the two other Radisson we stayed (Vilnius and Tallinn). It was overcrowded because there was a world sports event at the town, but at night no noise at all. Good breakfast and friendly service!

This hotel was our favourite of five we stayed in on a Baltic Capitals tour. The location was excellent for walking to Old Town and the Sky Bar gave the best views in town. The breakfast buffet worked well with efficient staff managing large tour groups through easily, the food and coffee good. The rooms are not large but everything worked well and the lifts were adequate for the numbers of guests, important in a high rise hotel. The dinner buffet was the best we encountered on this trip. We would choose this hotel if we return to Riga.

My wife and I were on a Titan Baltic Gems tour and this hotel fell way below the standard we expected and received elsewhere. There were some good points, so I'll take those first: the staff on reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful; the food was good and the range of choices at breakfast quite extraordinary; and the view from the 26th floor Skyline Bar astonishing. Unfortunately the Skyline bar staff were not very enthusiastic about actually serving anyone! The bedrooms and bathrooms were both ludicrously small and frankly unsuitable for this kind of tour.

Me and my friend were in Riga just for a weekend to see World floorball championship. It was very nice stay in Radisson. The room was very comfortable and breakfast were so tasty. We spend great time there and i would like to reccommend this hotel to everybody!

This hotel is expensive for the quality of rooms. However the service and staff are very good. The hotel offers a good spa and even has a casino. The breakfast was very busy due to an event. The sky bar is the highlight and a must for the views.

Wasn't really happy with prices for everything and wasn't happy to see dust in the room. But it has good location and they have a beautiful bar on the top floor. Next time will choose smth else for my stay in riga

At first sight this hotel is impressive but there were a number of significant shortfalls. In the three hotels we staying in on our trip to Baltic capitals this one had the smallest room and the largest bed. The beds in the other hotels were large but this one was massive and so the room was incredibly cramped – e.g. the back of the chair at the desk touched the side of the bed if anyone sat in it. We stayed for 2 nights and on the day in between we were out from about 9am to 5:30pm. When we came back the room had not been serviced. Someone knocked on the door and offered to do it about half an hour later but by this time we were having showers etc and so we declined. (We were chatting to another guest who had the same issue.) Breakfast offered a large range of food but the quality was significantly lower than at the hotels we stayed at in Vilnius and Tallin, notwithstanding the fact that superficially this hotel was a higher class than the others. The layout of the buffet was confusing and generally inconvenient. There appeared to be 3 ways of getting coffee: a jug being brought to the table, but nobody offered to do this on either of the two days, indeed nobody came near enough to ask; from a large urn, but this was empty; or from one of two slow machines that made one cup at a time and given the unavailability of other options there was a queue for these. The price of the bottled water in the room is extortionate, 4.50 euro for 1.5 litres. There is s supermarket nearby that charges less than 0.50 euro for 0.5 litre bottles for example. Turn left out of the hotel, in a few metres at the traffic lights turn left, take the first turning on the right and the supermarket in a shopping mall on the left.

This hotel is the tallest in the area, so we never got lost! It is a few blocks from Old Town, an easy walk, and across the street from a beautiful church. There is a beautiful view from the roof top bar; go before 6pm in order to avoid the "cover charge". Facilities were nice, along with service and breakfast buffet.

great place to be when you visit Riga. Just outside the city centre and still nearby. Close to the parks and great to start a walking trip through Riga city . 1/2 hour walk and you are at the Daugava river.
