Top staff, very friendly and always helpful Top breakfast, great choice and high quality Top cleanliness, cleaning ladies did a great job Top Hotel, location and state (maintenance, furniture, bathroom etc) are very good

I didn't know what to expect from Elizabete, really, even though I was staying at Ridzene, Latvija in Riga before many times. But boy, I was surprised, in a good way. I just skip that part about great location, etc., because nothing you can add, when the hotel is located in the heart of Riga, but everything was perfect, and starting from the greeting, room, breakfast. When I left this hotel, I've got some very warm feeling about this hotel, and I'm really intrigued to stay at this place more times when I'm on business trips in Riga.

I truly enjoyed my 4 day stay at the Radisson Elizabeta. Really good breakfast on offer and quite a buzzing place . Definitely catered for Business travellers and also this is an ideal weekend getaway hotel as its so close to everything. The staff were really attentive and respectful. The Hotel ticked all my boxes and what made it even more better is that Riga is a lovely city to visit

We stayed for 6 nights and we were never disappointed on any aspect. The greeting from the front desk was warm (for Latvian standards). The room (superior room facing the park) was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was also very modern in style, which adds to the experience. The hotel premises are beautiful. There is an inside courtyard right in the middle, which enables each room to have natural light coming in. Although there were some events held in the courtyard during some nights, we were nonetheless able to enjoy having a couple drinks sitting there at the tail end of our stay. It is quiet, peaceful and relaxing, compared to other outside seating areas of Riga on a Friday night ! The breakfast being included with the room is a nice perk… and the breakfast had a lot to offer. There was a “made-to-order” omelette station, an “American-style” section (potatoes, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, sausage and beans), the typical Nordic section of herring, smoked salmon and cured meats. I would never be bored with such a breakfast offering. Finally, location was perfect. You are only 10-12 minutes away on foot from the center of Old Town, 8 minutes from the canal, about 10 minutes from Central Station. It is also a quieter area, just off Old Town… making it less disturbing noise-wise. As it is smaller than its neighbor, the Radisson Blu Latvia… it has more charm. A definite great option if staying in Riga for a night or a week !

As you’ve probably noticed I tend to SPG and then Hilton as I travel globally, neither exists in Riga but the Radisson Blu is making me question my choices. Staff here is terrific and the rooms are very well appointed. I was here two years ago and again now and realize the location is almost perfect for most business trips as well as sightseeing in what is truly an amazing city!

This is a nice place to stay for an overnight visit to Riga. Nothing particularly great or bad about anything - although we found the buffet breakfast and staff above average - just clean and quiet, and what one expacts from a hotel.

There is a special feeling in this hotel. I spend on average 40 nights a year in hotels and have been in Elizabete about a dozen times. If at all possible I always choose her when in Riga! There is just something special about the place. Yes, it’s quite new and looks great. The location with great views of a park are nice. The breakfast is just great as well. But I think the final touch is the staff! The reception, at the bar, the room cleaners, chefs, all of them they always greet you with a smile and a nice word with a spark in their eye. I kind of get a feeling that they are proud to work here. And they should! Looking forward to visiting you again. - Timo from Finland.

Riga has quite a few Radisson Blu hotels, which makes the choice a bit tricky when as a Club Member you have decided to stay at a Blu property. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical when comparing the size of this property to the other in the same area. We ended not regretting our choice for this one. Its size actually turned out to be a huge plus. Not as crowded and busy and noisy with groups or Casino guests as the Blu Latvja (which we visited for their Sky Bar). Room was excellent. Staff very welcoming. Great breakfast and superb location. Special thanks to the guest relations service which accomodated my last minute change of plans to check in as family. I believe I found my favourite hotel in Riga.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and attended the beer fest. The mugs we got as souvenirs went missing and we thought house keeping might have picked them up by mistake, but they seem to make little effort to find our items. They weren’t a lot of money, but all the same... your property should be safe in a hotel room regardless of the value. They didn’t even offer an apology. The bathroom had almost clear doors that didn’t close all the way so if you had to use the bathroom the light would wake the other person at night. I could hear scrapping of the furniture most of the night. The light switch was in the worst places and the tub/shower required a running start to pole volt over. The “mattress” was a thin pillow topper directly on the frame. Soap smelled like a cedar forest.

I have been to Riga a few times, this was my first time staying at Radisson Elizabete and now would be my favourite hotel in Riga. Good reception check in and out process, staff attentive, room was nice and clean, the location is good and just across the road from a nice large park. Ordered room service, well priced and good quality. The bar near the lobby was also good for a couple of beers.
