Spacious and bright two room apartment with private entrance from the garden by stairs.
Sliding doors separate bedroom from living room + kitchen
Two windows looking to the garden and park side and one to the street side
Private split-plan bathroom
You'll find all the necessities like towels, ironing board, shampoo, soaps and bed linen. Nice mattress
Kitchen is fully equipped as well. Induction 4xstove, oven, big sink, pans, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee, oil, salt etc.
Communal garden is for all the residents of the house and their guests, so you're very welcome to enjoy the amenities and enjoy your cup of warm drink outside
