We stayed 2 nights and all staffs acted very friendly and sincerely, therefore we took safe and comfortable stay whole of the period. Especially, thanks for the Receptionists. If we have any opportunity to come to Riga again, will try to use this hotel.

Stayed at Gallery Park Hotel & Spa due to a transfer from Egypt to Norway. I arrived in the middle of the night, and left around 10:00 the very next morning. I was met on arrival by a friendly and professional receptionist guiding me to the room. Since this was a very short stay, the size of the room was okay enough. Bathroom nice and very clean. The breakfast I had before check-out was delicious.

We have descided to make the Valentine's day this year very special and choosed to spend the night in this wonderful hotel. The staff was very friendly and really professional! Especially i would like to say thank you to Victor, which gave us a warm welcome and Edite, which gave us a most pleasant à la carte breakfast! We really enjoyed the omelettes and pancakes :) The room was beautiful and we had a heart from roses on our beds, we felt very special :) Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel with our two children and I would not hesitate in recommending it. The previous negative comments certainly do not tally with our experience (perhaps a reflection of the behaviour of these particular guests,) and the staff could not have been more helpful and charming. Any hotel that lets myself and children play on the beautiful antique piano in the foyer is an absolute winner in my book! This is a relatively small, boutique hotel nestled amongst a wealth of Art Nouveau buildings and a stone's throw from the beautiful Opera House. We stayed on the fourth floor which houses the more modern rooms, furnished with Arne Jacobsen chairs and lamps - wonderful if you are into 20th century design. Our rooms were excellently equipped and the bathrooms luxurious - Riga's water pressure is clearly better than London's! The Spa is good - if rather pricey - and we are used to London prices! I'm afraid the Jacuzzi / plunge pool was too chilly for me although out children did have a good splash around in it - they are half Russian so are clearly better at dealing with the cold than this soft Brit. There is an excellent sauna though which I did use. The gym is small but has enough to ensure you can do a decent workout. I would recommend eating dinner in the restaurant and I can certainly recommend the Vespers and Martinis served in the glamorous Art Deco bar - two of these and you feel no pain. A lot of thought has gone into the overall interior of this hotel and it is certainly a feast for the eyes. A special thank you must be extended to the staff who made us feel so welcome, from our waiters and waitresses, housekeepers and particularly Victor and Angela, the hotel manager. Riga is a wonderful city and the historical old town is a short walk away from the hotel. We only scratched the surface and will hopefully return at some point to get to grips with the opera house, Russian theatre and the numerous other galleries and museums Riga has to offer. If you are looking for a hotel oozing old world charm rather than the usual corporate set up, with excellent service and a prime location, this is the place for you.

Good Afternoon. It was a very good stay at this hotel.I loved the interior of the hotel and the room. It was good that it had a secured parking on site. The staff was friendly and of course professional. The room was big, beautiful and had a nice view to the city. Also the room was very cleaned up, I enjoyed that the bathroom had a heated floor. Overall i give the 10 out of 10. Of course i liked that there was also a gym, sauna and a poll. We have a fantastic time at the spa. Me and my friend enjoyed the A’la Carte breakfast.Everything was freshly made, and very delicious. Thank you GalleryParkHotel&SPA for your hospitality and excellent service!

Not my first time in this hotel and it never disappoints... from the time you enter the hotel - the warm welcome, high quality of service, super comfy beds! The location is excellent. Breakfast is super tasty. I travel around Europe quite often and this is one of my favourite hotels. Keep the good work!

We stayed for a single night, and were received by a very courteous staff member who showed us to our room and told us a bit about the hotels history and the amenities offered by the hotel. The room (double, standard) was clean and spacious and nicely furnished with a soft and comfortable bed. The hotel basement has a spa, and the entrance was included in the price of our room. The spa is very beautiful, but when we visited the pool was rather cold which meant that we really didn't want to spend too much time there. We weren't sure if this was meant to be a "cool" pool in which to cool off after visiting the sauna, but we would have loved to spend more time in there if only the temperature had been a bit higher. Breakfast was ala-carte, and included in the room rate. We could order what we wanted from the fixed menu, and though we didn't have much time we got our food very quickly and it was good.

Beautiful Hotel, ideal for a romantic get away. The room was elegant but cosy, the breakfast delicious. Someone in hurry might find the waiting time for your individually prepared breakfast too long, we just enjoyed the peace and quiet. The location was perfect for exploring the old town.

I loved everything about this hotel! Everything to the highest standards, perfect location, excellent service and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially I enjoyed their fresh baked breads and everything is heartwarming.

Stayed in the hotel for 1 night with my 5 yo. Great attitude of personnel, very friendly and accommodating. Good a'la carte breakfast, they even agreed to cook french fries for my son. Spa is small and deserted but massage was very good.
