Enjoy a fantastic holiday with panoramic views at Villa Panorama. The villa is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Rieux, with complete privacy and 180-degree wide views over the vineyards to the Montagne Noire. This luxury eight-person villa has a private pool, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate toilets and free WIFI. This modern villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with charging station for your electric car, air conditioning and hot air heating
The house is completely detached and has no overlooking. The terrace and pool sit right against a panoramic and colourful view. The garden is laid with artificial grass and therefore always looks neat

Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

Wir waren vom 27. April bis 10. Mai 2025 zu zweit mit Hund in der Villa Panorama. Zum Haus: Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Panoramablick. Sie ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. In der Villa gibt es - durch einen Abstellraum getrennt - quasi 2 Wohnbereiche. Einer mit großer Küche, Wohn-, Esszimmer und Zugang zum Garten und Pool, großes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, Bad und separater Toilette, der andere ebenfalls mit Küche, Esszimmer und Boxspringbett in einem Raum (durch Paravent getrennt), weitere Schlafzimmer, Bad und Toilette. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, haben wir nur den ersteren Teil des Hauses genutzt. Die Küche ist großzügig, mit allem was man an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien braucht, ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Induktionsherd, Ofen mit integrierter Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine und einem großen Kühl-, Gefrierschrank. Außerdem gibt es eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage / Heizung. Im Wohnzimmer finden sich auch verschiedene Spiele sowie Infomaterial zu Ausflügen oder Restaurants in der Gegend. Das Gelände ist komplett umzäunt, was für uns sehr wichtig war, da wir unseren Hund dabei hatten. Der Pool wurde auf unseren Wunsch schon zu unserer Anreise geöffnet. Gegen eine Zuzahlung von 75,- Euro pro Woche kann der Pool (auf Wunsch) beheizt werden. Wir haben dieses Angebot sehr gerne angenommen. Den Pool haben wir abends mit der Plane abgedeckt, damit das Wasser warm blieb und nicht so schnell verunreinigt wurde. Pro Woche wurde der Pool einmal gereinigt (freitags nachmittags). Essen und Umgebung: Im Ort selbst sowie in der näheren Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte, in denen man alles bekommt. In Rieux Minervois gibt es eine Bäckerei (https://fournil-emile.fr/) mit leckeren unterschiedlichen Brotsorten, Croissants sowie Kuchen und überraschend lecker und reichhaltig belegten Baguettes (z.B. Thunfisch oder Schinken). Diese kann man auch vorbestellen. Auch im Nachbarort (La Redorte) gibt es eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Tankstellen finden sich ebenfalls mehrere. In Rieux Minervois gibt es einige Restaurants, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da man entweder den Hund nicht mitbringen durfte oder die Öffnungszeiten für uns nicht passend waren. Aber auch in Homps gibt es einige nette Lokale. Wir waren einmal im La Péniche zum Muschelessen (immer samstags). Auch die Pizza war sehr lecker. Es empfiehlt sich zu reservieren, da das Lokal nach Öffnung sehr schnell komplett besetzt war.

Die Gegend in Rieux Minervois war sehr schön und das Haus von seiner Lage und dem Ausblick sehr beeindruckend. Was leider etwas störend war, dass in der Gegend sehr viele Hundebesitzer wohnen und einige Hunde sehr früh ihre Anwesend kundtun mussten.

Mooi gerenoveerde woning met prachtig uitzicht op "le montagne noire". Zeer rustige buurt, veel zon en vooral veel wijndomeinen met degustaties. Een aanrader !
