This is a timeshare that we occasionally rent out. The rooms are always well kept and enjoyable! The property is huge and full of amenities. We have enjoyed every trip to this area. Our kids love it as well! The one bedroom lodge: square ft. - 900; sleeps 4; kitchen - 1 full; bedding includes 1 king bed, 1 sofa bed most comfortable for 2 children; bath(s) - 1 full; laundry is in unit; additional info - tub w/ jets, gas fireplace. You will NOT be required to attend a timeshare meeting although they may ask if you are interested. They typically will offer an incentive but it is 100% your choice (simple yes or no).

This 40-acre resort is situated on magnificent Table Rock Lake, just 10 miles south of the entertainment capital of Branson, Missouri. With a plethora of activities for all ages and access to all the amenities of neighboring Big Cedar® Lodge, your days will be full without ever leaving the resort.

The regional charm of the Ozarks is reflected in the rustic elegance of the resort's accommodations, all with a view of the lake or woods. Each spacious cabin has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, whirlpool bath, homespun area rugs and a 350-square-foot deck with gas grill. Lodge units feature wood-planked floors, spa-sized tubs (except in studios), patios, hickory sapling furniture and mountings of trophy bucks and game birds. Select units feature a cozy fireplace with a split log mantle.

The 9,000-square-foot clubhouse houses a game room, owners’ lounge, retail store, snack bar and activities desk. But the crown jewel is the Lazy River, an 875-foot water feature complete with caves, rock grottoes, waterfall and a water slide the kids are sure to love (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Kids will also enjoy the playground, complete with a rock climbing wall.

Wilderness Club is located adjacent to Big Cedar® Lodge and provides guests access to a vast array of entertainment and recreational pursuits, including boating, fishing or water skiing on Table Rock Lake. Explore its shores from a canoe or paddle boat available for rent at the full-service marina. Work out in the fitness center, then relax in a heated pool, hot tub or sauna, or treat yourself to a massage in the world-class spa. Enjoy a range of cuisines at onsite restaurants including Uncle Bucks Fish Bowl & Grill, Devil's Pool Restaurant, and Truman Cafe and Custard.

Pick a wooded trail and go hiking and horseback riding in nearby Dogwood Canyon. Enjoy breathtaking views from Top of the Rock, home to Lost Canyon Cave and Nature trail, a world-class golf course and top-notch dining views all overlooking =Table Rock Lake.
