It wasnt very good. Apparently this was a time share that was rented out thru vrbo. Vrbo’s conformation #s wont get you into your rental at a time share/ blue green. Had to contact owner of time share which is who the reservation was under so he could transfer it to me. Didn’t even have an address to go to. Something you guys need o work on
