The chalet Alpina benefits from a panoramic view on the Tzoumaz resort. The freeride run next to the chalet is not groomed (you ski on your own risk). The chairlift and marked ski slopes at situated 250 m away form the chalet. It's located about 1,5 km by car or 800 m by ski away from the center with shops, restaurants, ski school, kindergarden, bank, outdoor ice rink and indoor pool. Surface area : about 175 mÂČ. Level 0 : Living room with fireplace. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with single bed. Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine (Senseo), stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Chalet grenzwertig - Lage fĂŒr Skifahrer super

- Schneeketten mitbringen! Je nach Wetterlage ist der Parkplatz am Chalet sonst nicht befahrbar. - Bad im OG ist quasi unbenutzbar wegen massiven Kloaken-Gestanks (laut Vermietern aus baulichen GrĂŒnden). Da das Fenster in dem Raum defekt ist, gibt es keine LĂŒftungsmöglichkeit. Die elektrische LĂŒftung reicht auch im Dauerbetrieb bei weitem nicht aus. Auch das Bad neben der Sauna extra WC im OG riechen extrem unangenehm. Hier hat die LĂŒftung im Dauerbetrieb etwas abgemildert. - Sauna: nur eine festgelegte Betriebstemperatur (75C), die nicht angepasst werden kann.- Abgesehen vom Anbau mit Fußbodenheizung und dem Kamin sind die RĂ€ume nur mit (mobilen) Elektroheizungen beheizbar und am Ende wird der Stromverbrauch abgelesen und berechnet!- Sauberkeit: mittelmĂ€ĂŸig (trotz hohem Preis fĂŒr Endreinigung). Teilweise Schimmel an den Fenstern. In Ecken lag Zeug von den EigentĂŒmern oder vorherigen GĂ€sten (Kabel, Zeitschriften, angebrochene Schnapsflaschen etc.). Im Bad wurde ein Putzeimer mit Putzmob stehengelassen.- Möbel teilweise kaputt (1 Schrank, schlecht reparierte Sessel)- WLAN unzuverlĂ€ssig. Setzte manchmal kurzzeitig aus. Verbindung klappte oft erst nach manuellem Neustart.- Check in: umstĂ€ndlich, nervenaufreibend, zeitfressend - KĂŒche gut ausgestattet. Raclette-Ofen, Rechaud (KĂ€sfondue), großer KĂŒhlschrank, 3 GefrierfĂ€cher.- Großer Esstisch mit VerlĂ€ngerungsmöglichkeit- Ski in Ski out mit ausreichend Schnee Mitte Februar möglich- gute Skischuhtrockner-Heizung.
