My booking was canceled two hours before check-in due to what the host said was an “accidental double booking,” which appears to be common with this person. He said I’d receive a full refund, but I only received a partial refund. When I contacted him for the rest of the payment, more than once, I was ignored. In the end I had to contact Vrbo about all of this.

Some friends and I decided to stay at an Vrbo for the Halloween bar crawl. It ended up being a terrible night starting with the apartment door being unlocked and the key supposedly left on the kitchen counter, there was no key so while we were out we had to leave the apartment open. We got back to the apartment and there was a pullout sofa and one bed, even though as listed, it stated two bedrooms. One of my friends took a shower and almost fell because of the rug on the floor was slippery. No grip. The listing states parking available Does not mention that you need a parking pass to park in the parking lot so my car got towed took me half a day to get my car back and cost me 160 plus Uber ride. The bedroom had dust bunnies under the desk and I’m not talking small ones. Communication with the host was not as expected. Very dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend for anyone to rent this Vrbo .

DO NOT STAY HERE! First of all the host is not organized at all. We had a late flight so check in was late for us. Why did I have to reach out to him to get information to check in with? He never provided the WiFi information. He left the door unlocked to the apartment and told us the key fob was on the kitchen counter, it wasn't. We had no way to lock the door when we left. The place was disgusting, there is no way it was cleaned before we arrived (which as I said was late due to a flight). The floors were sticky, there was food and crumbs all over the kitchen counters, and the surfaces in the bedroom. The floors were filthy crumbs and food everywhere. There was multiple different strands of hair starting with a long blonde strand dangling off the kitchen counter, there was hair in the sink, hair all over the toilet and the shower. The coffee pot had mold in the bottom. The bedding looked worn we were too scared to touch it without gloves, but I’m sure it was nasty. We informed the host who sent one message dismissing everything despite pictures and video and then completely ignored us. We didn’t stay there and ended up in a hotel both nights. VRBO has been useless. Unless you like wasting your time and money do not stay here! This host is scamming people he knows he doesn’t have to refund people (VRBO won’t make him) so he gives crappy service and steals peoples money.

The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units.
