Dragonfly, a single-storey lodge, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining area with dining table for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, along with a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 1.6 miles, river 0.5 miles. Return year after year to Dragonfly. Note: Although it is single-storey, there are steps up to the property. Note: No stag/ hen parties or similar. The village was mentioned in the Domesday Book, 1086, as being in the hundred of "Land of Count Alan" and retains parts of its history with its handful of quaint churches. Visitors can enjoy playing a game of putty at Catterick Golf Limited and stretching their legs on the village's vast playing fields. Hipswell is served by multiple amenities, including: schools, supermarkets, convenience stores and eateries, meaning visitors won't have to travel far for the things they need during their stay.
