Decent hotel for our needs

Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay and the room was practical for our needs. Breakfast was a nice touch in the morning with a good selection. Close to town and easy to walk and navigate. We were there for a couple days and don’t spend much time in the room. Little small if you were more of a lounger or wanting to relax. Didn’t experience any amenities.

Desayuno excelente , trato del personal muy bueno. La habitacion pequeña , con 2 camas individuales pegadas ( no muy bien pegadas se hundia uno en el centro ) , con dos literas no esperadas y sin lugar donde desacer y colocar la maletas salvo encina de la cama . Relacion calidad precio caro. Ni un agua en la nevera, ni gratis ni de pago.

Lo sceglierei nuovamente

Riccione nel mese di Febbraio non è certo la località più attraente e non la frequento nemmeno l'estate, ma era tempo di partecipare ad un convegno e serviva un hotel per 3 notti. Mi sono fidato delle recensioni di altri e l'ho prenotato. Devo dire che è tutto come si vede in foto se non meglio, soprattutto il personale, davvero gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. La colazione è top! C'è di tutto e anche se non lo trovate provate a chiedere, in qualche modo vi soddisferanno. Camera al secondo piano, vicino all'ascensore, ma non ho avvertito rumori che impedissero di dormire. L'evento a cui ho partecipato sarebbe era previsto terminasse alle ore 19 e avrei dovuto lasciare la stanza alle 10. Capendo l'esigenza, gli albergatori mi hanno regalato un late check-out, zero sovrapprezzo, e per questo non posso che ringraziarli infinitamente. Il parcheggio per la vostra auto è in un cortile recintato a 20 metri sulla sinistra dell'hotel, comodo perché lungo la strada è impossibile parcheggiare. La posizione è più che buona, 4 minuti a piedi dal centro congressi, 5 dal viale principale di Riccione. Che altro dire? Lo sceglierei nuovamente.

DISORGANIZZAZIONE E NEGLIGENZA

Siamo arrivate in hotel venerdì in tarda mattinata. La receptionist non chiede i documenti né a me né alla mia amica. Mi dá un foglio da compilare con i miei dati, chiedo da quando è in atto questa procedura e Lei scocciata mi risponde che é la nuova legge sulla privacy. Io non ne sono molto convinta ma compilo ciò che avrebbe dovuto fare Lei. Non ci dicono che possiamo usufruire della piscina dell'Hotel adiacente (io ne ero al corrente perché avevo letto ciò al momento della prenotazione), non ci comunicano gli orari della colazione (che chiederò IO in un secondo momento). La colazione non è nulla di eccezionale, non è possibile neppure farsi un toast mentre uova e bacon sono immangiabili da quanto sono freddi. Dato che la partenza in treno era prevista la domenica in tarda serata, chiediamo una camera di cortesia che non hanno e ci cambiamo nella toilette. La posizione è ottima ma il resto è pessimo. Abbiamo trovato cordialità e simpatia solo dalle ragazze che stavano facendo uno "stage". Ed in 24 anni che frequento Riccione e la Romagna soggiornando in hotel sia da 2 che 4 stelle, questo è l'unico in cui non ci ritornerei.
