A living room, with oval table, bar cabinet, TV, sofa bed, chest and bookcase. First double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers and TV. Second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. A bathroom with built-in bathtub and shower, bidet, toilet and sink with mirror and cabinet. An attic storage room with cleaning supplies and a washing machine. Guests have access to all parts of the apartment. The radiator heating of the whole apartment is in all the bedrooms, while the Galletti hot/cold/humidity heat pump air conditioners are present only in the bedrooms. The apartment was completely renovated in March 2015, the systems are up to standard and fully functional, with all the certifications and user manuals.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.
