Situated on Capo Vaticano’ s promontory, about 900 m from Santa Maria Bay and far a few km from Tropea. Villa Gisa is a big house with private pool, all the amenities, and is suitable for either a big family or a small group.
This two storey villa faces the sea and boasts a magnificent view of both Etna and Stromboli.

The ground floor has a big open plan kitchen, living room, and a bathroom for disabled people.
From the kitchen, one can head to the swimming pool and veranda. A double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower are also on the ground floor. Two indoor spiral staircases lead to the first floor which is divided in two distinct areas with 6 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This villa has 7 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and can accommodate up to 16 people. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. In total there are 5 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The bedrooms, apart from the one with the en-suite bathroom, all have a small sink.
The portico faces the sea and is furnished with tables and chairs.

The new swimming pool has a Roman stairway and metal handrail to facilitate access for the disabled along with led lights for chromotherapy.
The area around the pool is furnished with deck chairs, sun beds and sun umbrellas.
