Don’t let first impressions get to you

First impressions are not great and the rooms are basic, but the staff are out of this world and incredibly helpful. Reception staff spoke very good English. One young female staff member didn’t but still helped me with my Uber with the assistance of Google Translate. Food in the restaurant again was basic but very good. Breakfast was fabulous.

Did not honor reservation

Traveled from US and had reservations for 2 rooms. Only one room was available even though THEIR paperwork clearly showed 2 rooms. There was a tour bus parked out front. Obviously they gave the room away. Left and found another hotel.

Bastante agradável

O hotel é modesto mas mto bem cuidado. Impecável na limpeza, todos itens do quarto funcionam bem (ar condicionado, chuveiro, tv) Precisei apenas pernoitar e nem podia esperar o café, mesmo assim o recepcionista assou pães de queijo pra mim e minha família mesmo antes do horário.
