Villa Graciela is a detached Villa in Ribeira Brava, recently built and furnished with great taste, comfort and quality.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the noise and movement of a large city but with access to all amenities and beach just 3 kms away.
The whole Villa is quite spacious, pleasant and harmonious.

The Villa consists of 2 floors.
On the ground floor there's the lounge area, dining room, kitchen and a toilet.
The lounge is decorated in a very harmonious way, has a very comfortable sofa, TV with about 180 channels, WI-FI, dining table for 6 people. It has direct access to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, American fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc ... all to make your stay as welcoming as possible and make you feel in your own home. There is also a dining table for 6 people in the kitchen.

On the 1st floor is the bedrooms area. T
he master bedroom has 1 king size bed with private bathroom with bath; the other bedroom has 1 double bed; it has another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. Both double rooms have balconies with sea and mountain views. The single room has a window with sea and mountain views.
There is also a bathroom with a shower on the first floor.

Really good experience. Loved everything about the house, beautiful views and very clean and comfortable house with all the amenities you can think of. 5-10 minute drive to the supermarket, make sure you have a car. Recommended!

Great place

This house has all you need for an extended stay and is spotless clean. The beds are confortable and bathrooms convenient. Internet is good. We have not used TV, so no comments about it. The house is very well located in the Island and neighbour town has both supermarket and local fruit and vegetable stall. The person in charge of the house is very accomodating and making sure you have a good stay. The only downside of the house is that if you have big car, parking inside property is impossible/adventurous, so when you rent a car chose small size model. Anyhow there is no much distance to any point but the car should have powerful engine for steep upward slops. We were able to park outside but felt it was risky as street is also narrow.

Unser Aufenthalt war schön und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Es ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage zentral. Ein Auto ist notwendig (Einparkempfehlung beachten), Fußläufig ist nichts (Märkte, Restaurants) zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben leider nicht wie versprochen die check in Daten 3 Tage vorher bekommen, sondern erst 5 Stunden nach der Ankunft auf Madeira. Die fehlende Anreiseinformation hat uns leider schon Tage vor dem Urlaub geärgert. Das Haus ist aber wunderbar, die Einrichtung Geschmackssache.

Wonderful villa

Villa is in a really good location, weather is better at this side of the island. There are beaches and cities in 6min drive. Obviously you would need a car. Everything what you would need was provided (washing/dryer machines, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, kitchen utensils), only thing what we had to buy was shampoo and shower gel. Communication was great, we came late and left early morning, we didnt meet the host, but self check in and check out was smooth and easily explained. In general we really enjoyed our stay, the view is amazing, sunshine is always in the garden where you can sunbath or have a nice breakfast. Definitely recommend!

La villa Graciela correspond en tout point à la description. Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour, l'équipement est complet et de qualité. Andreia qui parle très bien français est très sympathique et de bon conseil. Seuls petits bémols, le bruit des travaux plus bas dans la vallée et la place de parking qui peut poser problème si vous louez un véhicule de grand gabarit. Mais c'est un peu aussi ça le charme de Madère 😉... Ses routes escarpées et ses maisons accrochées aux falaises qui vous vous permettent d'admirer ses magnifiques paysages. Pour nous, la villa Graciela est une des meilleures locations dans lesquelles nous avons résidé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Schönes Haus, prima Lage

Das Haus ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, zur Selbstversorgung ist alles vorhanden (großer Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, Kohle-Grill, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine). Das Haus liegt ruhig mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Zum Einkaufen (oder zu Restaurants) nach Ribeira Brava sind es nur gut 5min mit dem Auto. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ist die Lage optimal (weil zentral), man erreicht jeden Punkt der Insel mit dem Auto in maximal 1h. Es fährt zwar ein Bus unterhalb des Hauses, allerdings muss man dann immer noch zu Fuß ein Stück den Berg hinauf. Ein Auto ist von daher sicherlich deutlich bequemer und kann auch auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.

Das Haus ist ein äußerst solider Bau, da wackelt und schleift nichts. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Staubsauger etc. alles da, aber selbst an Details wie Tragetaschen und Kühlbox zum Einkaufengehen wurde gedacht. Die Vermittlerin war Spitzenklasse und kümmerte sich auch um "Extrawürste".

Great villa, good holiday

Villa was great, almost new and very clean. Andreia met us on our way from the airport, as arranged, just as well, otherwise we would never have found the villa. A car is essential, there are no facilities within walking distance. The views are wonderful. We had an enjoyable holiday, exploring the island, visiting local towns and villages, botanical gardens, the wicker factory, and Funchal. Our stay coincided with the carnival, which was spectacular.
