Holiday Home 'Estudio Minimalista En Galizano' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Este estudio de 20 metros cuadrados es perfecto para dos personas, con todas las comodidades necesarias y jardín propio. Reformado y decorado con buen gusto, se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche de la playa de Galizano, en un pueblo agradable y familiar. El jardín, aunque de uso exclusivo, está situado en una zona común con vistas al jardín trasero de la casa del anfitrión. Dispone de wifi. El alojamiento es solo para adultos y cuenta con acceso sin escalones tanto en la entrada como en el interior, lo que facilita la movilidad.



En julio de 2024 renovamos la base de la cama y el colchón, e instalamos mosquiteras en las ventanas. En 2026 hemos incorporado un deshumidificador grande.



El espacio

Galizano es un lugar privilegiado en la costa este de Cantabria, con una de las playas vírgenes más bonitas de la costa. Un pueblo tranquilo y familiar donde relajarse y disfrutar de un entorno único. Forma parte del Camino de Santiago y es una zona extraordinaria para practicar surf. También es ideal para caminatas por el monte. Además, hay transporte público cercano para explorar la región con facilidad.



Acceso para huéspedes

El estudio consta de una pequeña cocina equipada con todo lo necesario: cafetera italiana, microondas, hervidor de agua, tostadora y menaje de cocina completo. La cocina está integrada en el espacio. Televisor, secador de pelo, wifi inalámbrico, calefacción autorregulable y aparcamiento. Cama de 1,35 m. Sábanas, edredón, colcha y manta. Baño con ducha y mampara. Toallas de baño. Dispone también de una terraza cubierta privada y un espacio de trabajo dedicado. El estudio y su jardín privado se encuentran en el patio trasero de la casa principal donde vive el anfitrión, con hamacas para tomar el sol, leer o desayunar al aire libre.

No se puede fumar en el interior. No se permiten eventos en la propiedad. Debido a la experiencia de un huésped con asma, no recomendamos nuestro espacio a personas con esta condición, ya que en verano la humedad en la zona alcanza el 90%.
