Upper part of a house (100m2) with private pool in pt village near 66500 Prades, located between sea and mountains, which can accommodate up to 6 people to rent for holidays. Ideal for large families or groups of friends.
Exclusive pool access for tenants.
Very large living room / dining room, large mezzanine, 1 bedroom, 1 closed veranda which makes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with WC, 1 WC only.
Terrace with long chairs by the pool. Barbecue set in rocky landscape, many terraces and lots of outdoor space to eat, play and enjoy the sun.
