There is also a full bathroom with shower over bath upstairs and a fabulous shower room downstairs with Jack and Jill door to the fifth bedroom. There is a large kitchen and a lounge diner together with a second sitting room upstairs. Both lounges have superb views across the lake. Outside to the back is a lawn to catch the afternoon/evening sun and to the front another lawn with sun loungers and rattan furniture so you can sit and take in the peaceful fantastic scenic views, perhaps watching the flocks of geese and swans and many other bird species on the lake – unless you fancy a game of tennis, in which case the court is all yours. Broad Beach is a couple of minutes away with its sandhills and family atmosphere, whilst lively Main Beach with its boating and surfing activities can be reached within a 10 minute stroll.
