Our book club chose this home for our annual retreat, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The roaring river just beyond the backyard was absolutely stunning and created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing weekend. We spent hours on the deck taking it all in, and the open kitchen and dining area made it easy for everyone to gather, cook, and connect.Every member of our group had nothing but positive things to say about the property. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to fully unwind after long days of conversation and reading. The only minor hiccup was that the record player didn’t have a needle, so we weren’t able to use it—but with a Bluetooth speaker on hand, it didn’t impact our stay.We loved this place so much that we’re already considering making it our permanent retreat spot. We would absolutely come back again.

The house is located on a incredible spot right on the Sandy River. We spent one evening next to the outdoor fire pit listening to the river flow by while the kids hung out in the hot tub. The host was very responsive and engaged. The house was in great shape when we arrived. You will definitely need to use the wi-fi as our cell phones had very limited reception in this remote area. The house was perfect for our large family gathering and had enough space for everyone to sleep and hang out.
