The hotel staff was great and made our week long stay enjoyable. My group had 3 different rooms for 5 of us. Each room unique with views, or quiet courtyard. Hotel was clean, beds comfortably and rooms spacious. The location of the hotel is wonderful in Old Town. Walkable to shops, restaurants, and tourists attractions. We had so much fun hanging out at the Christmas markets. Thank you to the friendly hotel staff! John C.
The location is excellent and the front desk staff so helpful. The lobby welcome area was perfectly decorated for Christmas. We wanted to stay longer.

You can not beat the location and the view. The hotel is facing the Neckar River and the old bridge. It is right in the center of the old city . Everything is in walking distance. Parking is a few blocks away but check in and the staff will give you a map to the proper parking deck. We will be returning.
Hollander Hof is ideally located near the heart of the city, but far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and cozy. We were worried about the lack of air conditioning, but the weather was perfect for our stay. Low humidity and reasonable temperatures provided an excellent nights rest. The location was close to all the major attractions, but far enough away from the touristy area that we had a peaceful nights rest.
Stayed one night to visit Heidelberg. Great location to the castle, old town and river. Very helpful and nice staff. Would definitely stay again. Only issue I had was a strong air freshener when we got to the room...when it wore off I could smell dog pee which wasn't pleasant.
