For day-tour pick-ups, bus stop 13 is just a 1 minute walk from the front door and just across the street you'll find Hlemmur food hall and the beginning of Laugarvegur shoppint street. The apartment is on the top floor with a great view from your private balcony. The apartment is nicely set up with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a spacious bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished and kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and more. Large bathroom with heated floor, washer and dryer. The bed is freshly made for each stay and towels arranged.
The bedroom sleeps 2 people and the sofabed in the living room sleeps 2.

Perfect Place to Stay!
The property is located right at the end of the shopping and dining district. Perfect in that it is close to everything and yet very quiet.
The host answered all of our questions and supplied everything we needed. Highly recommended and if we go back to Iceland, we hope to stay in the same apartment.

The property is very clean, is in a good area with has a very good view of the bay from the 7th fl balcony. Hostess Andrea was great, very helpful with answering my questions and also let us check-in early as we had an early flight. I highly recommend this place...
