Our quiet holiday home is in the front row, only approx. 50 m from the white sandy beach.
From the living room and especially from the terrace you can enjoy a unique view of the Baltic Sea.
An oasis of wellbeing for the highest demands has been created on 160 m², in which up to 8 people can leave everyday life behind.
In winter and spring you can go for wonderful walks on the km-long white sandy beach and then warm up by the fireplace.
Whirlpool, underfloor heating & fireplace provide additional comfort on cool days.

The comfortable holiday home has:
- a living room with fireplace, leather couch, LCD TV, DVD player, stereo
- two terraces with summer furniture and barbecue.
- a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher.
- 2 bathrooms with whirlpool, shower and toilet.

The house is on a common
closed plot a few meters from the beach.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer traumhaften Lage. Bei zwei Terrassen hat man die Wahl. Nordseite geht in Richtung Ostsee und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf diese. Die Südseite zeigt in den Garten und ist sehr großzügig, so dass auch bei voller Belegung alle Platz haben und die Sonne genießen können. Ab dem Mittag ist aber auch die Wiese in Richtung Ostsee in der vollen Sonne für die, die sich dort erholen wollen. Das Haus ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet auch wenn es eine volle Belegung gäbe(wir waren 2). Im Küchenbereich gibt es alles was man braucht. Die Heizung, sofern benötigt, funktioniert tadellos und man kann sich die Temperatur am Display im Wohnzimmer selbst einstellen. Die Betten, sprich Matratzen, im großen Schlafzimmer sind tadellos, wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Wer es dunkel mag, lässt einfach die Rollos runter. Die Betten in den anderen beiden Schlafzimmern können wir nicht bewerten, wir brauchten nur eins.Von der Anordnung und von der Größe sind diese aber auch völlig in Ordnung. Holz für den Kamin war da. Anzünder sollte man mitbringen genau wie Grillkohle (oder an der dortigen Tankstelle kaufen). Man sollte aber daran denken, dass man Abends die Hautür von Innen zuschließt, weil außen eine Klinke ist. Parkmöglichkeiten sind bequem für drei PKW auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Eines kann in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Geht zwar die Abfahrt ein wenig steil runter aber für geübte Fahrer stellt das kein Problem dar. Man sollte aber rückwärts runterfahren.

Super Urlaubsobjekt

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dem Ferienobjekt und waren mehr als Begeistert vom Gesamten. Angefangen mit dem super sauberen Haus mit absoluter Toplage. Das Wasser ist greifbar Nahe und vom Garten aus lässt sich der Strand fast ertasten. Das Haus selber ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Im oberen Badezimmer war die Whirlpoolwanne das Highlight für die Kids. Keine 5 min zu Fuß erreicht man sowohl die Ostsee als auch sämtliche Geschäfte, Stände, Shops, Gastro, Spieleparks usw. Der erste Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle sind keine 5 Autominuten entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind supernett und sprechen perfekt deutsch. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an Sie wenden und eine Antwort kam innerhalb weniger minuten. Check In und Check out verliefen absolut problemlos trotz Verspätung unsererseits bei der Anreise aufgrund eines Staus. Verreist sind wir mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Da alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit verlief gibt es von uns die volle Sternepunktzahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ausgestattet was man benötigt

Super Urlaub in bester Lage

Wir waren alle hoch zufrieden. Das Haus ist Weltklasse mit seiner Lage, der Innenausstattung, der schönen Terrasse und dem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Haus und werden auch wieder das Haus buchen. Familienurlaub mit Hund

Wir sind als Familie mit Kleinkind und Hund angereist. Die Vermieter waren super nett und haben perfekt deutsch gesprochen. Das gesamte Haus war super sauber. Alles in der Küche vorhanden was wir brauchten. Total begeistert waren wir vom Kamin und der Aussicht aufs Meer vom Wohnzimmer aus.Entfernung zum Strand war ca. 300m und super erreichbar. Gegenüber im hotel konnte man den Pool gegen ein Entgeld nutzen. Die Entfernung war nur 50m. Da wir im März vor Ort waren,war das sehr schön. Ein und auschecken war auch ganz unkompliziert. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Haus (perfekt ausgestattet) direkt am Meer vorgefunden….. wir, unsere Tochter, Enkel und unser Labrador haben sich auf Anhieb zuhause gefühlt… Sehr nette Inhaber die perfekt Deitsch sprechen und sich um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert haben. Urlaub mit Hunden

Ich kann das Haus 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten zwei grosse Hunde dabei, wussten aber im Voraus durch Urlauberbewertungen das das Gründstück nicht allein genutzt wird. Es befindet sich noch ein Bungalow darauf, welches jedoch im Garten selbst mit einem Zaun geschlossen ist. Der Eingangsbereich des Grundstücks wird von beiden Parteien benutzt und ist nicht abgetrennt. Also freilaufende Hunde nur wenn sie freundlich sind und die Nachbarn einverstanden sind. Unsere führten wir mit Leine im Garten und am Abend waren sie angebunden. War für uns absolut ok so. Mehrere Abschnitte der Zäune sind eh zu niedrig oder haben breite Latten, so dass kleine Hunde durchschlüpfen und grosse drüber steigen. Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach traumhaft schön. Man sitzt auf einer der Terassen kurz vor der Ostsee und hat tolles Meeressound und den Sonnenuntergang zu Füssen. Zwei Strassen hinter dem Haus ist die Flanierstrasse von Pobierowo und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 5 min zu Fuss. Die Strände vor dem Haus sind sehr voll. Wir sind nach Radawka an den Strand gefahren. Dieser war schön leer. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das WLAN funktionierte bei uns zu 90% nicht. Für uns kein Problem gewesen. Aber schade wenn es im Inserat steht und dann nicht geht. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Vielen Dank!

Immer wieder gern

Ferienhaus ist super gelegen. Direkt am Strand. Einrichtung des Ferienhauses ist sehr hochwertig. Küche perfekt, mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgerüstet. Betten bequem. Vermieter sehr freundlich . Sehr zu empfehlen.
