Former farm with a fantastic mountain backdrop
Bring your mind and body back into shape in the beautiful nature of the Lech Valley Nature Park. If you want to enjoy the perfect summit view of the Tyrolean mountains, you should travel to Bschlabs. In our picturesque little mountain village at 1,314m above sea level, relaxation literally knows no bounds.
The self-catering house "Zum Schutzpatron" for up to 10 people consists of 1x double room with a through room to 2x single bed. 1x double room with through room to 1x single bed. 1x separate triple room.
The rustic Tyrolean farmhouse parlor (living and dining room) has plenty of seating. The cozy tiled stove with a lying area invites you to linger, especially in winter.
The fully equipped, spacious kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Fridge with freezer, dishwasher, hot plate, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fondue set, etc. are available.
The house has a bathroom with shower / bathtub. There is a toilet on the ground and first floor.
A small playroom with enough toys is available for our little guests. Children's swing and sandpit are in the garden. There is a flat screen TV in the game and living room.
Towels, hair dryer and bed linen, dishwasher tabs, detergents etc. are provided. You can also use the washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner.
Satellite TV and WiFi are also available.
The outside area is partially fenced. Barbecue, fire basket are waiting for cozy evenings among friends.
Car parking spaces are sufficient in front of the house.
IMPORTANT!!! In winter, the house is heated with wood using the kitchen stove. Wood is provided. The parlor can also be fired with the tiled stove. Fan heaters are also available. There is no heating in the hallway! Slippers, thick socks etc. are recommended :)

Haus ist empfehlenswert
Leider mussten wir frühzeitig abreisen, da Tirol zum Coronakrisengebiet erklärt wurde.
Auch hatten wir im September tiefsten Winter mit starken Schneefall.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmacklich eingerichtet. Wenn es geht, möchten wir unseren Besuch unter anderen Umständen nachholen.

Familientreffen im schönen Bschlabstal
Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in Bschlabs. Man hat direkt vom Haus aus viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gemütlich. :)

Erholsames langes Wochenende
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Hausauswahl. Der Ort liegt abgelegen und wenn die Motorradfahrer durch sind, hört man nur noch den Bach und die Vögel zwitschern. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Wanderwege gleich hinter dem Haus beginnend. Das Bauernhaus bietet jeglichen Komfort, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und wir würden uns jeder Zeit wieder für einen erholenden Wanderurlaub in Bschlabs entscheiden.

Das Bschlabstal: Ein tolles Tal! Sonnig von morgens bis abends. Etliche Wandertouren in verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgraden mehr oder weniger direkt vor der Haustür. Von der Terrasse ein Blick ins Tal – super. Es hätte so schön werden können…….hätte.
Das Bschlabtal, sehr beliebt bei Motorradfahrern - 104 in 30 Min. Gemütliches Frühstück im Sonnenschein – utopisch.
Ein schönes altes Bauernhaus – in der Tat.
Leider nur renoviert, nicht saniert. Liebevoll eingerichtet, ja. Moderner Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kochfeld und Spülmaschine. Den Kaffeevollautomaten haben wir nicht benutzt. Ob dieser bei der letzten Endreinigung für 100 Euro übersehen wurde? Auch der Kühlschrank roch nicht sehr frisch.
Luxus haben wir ja gar nicht erwartet, wir sind nicht zimperlich, aber getoppt hat das alles die unter Etage. Ein altes Bauernhaus – ja - aber muss das immer noch nach Kuhstall riechen? OK, wir sind auf dem Land, das Haus ist alt, haben wir uns gedacht und eine Flasche Febreeze gekauft (die schon im Haus vorhandene war fast leer). Nach vier Tagen haben wir nach einer Wanderung ein vermehrtes Fliegenaufkommen im Haus festgestellt – dicke, fette Schmeißfliegen. Erst mal nichts dabei gedacht und alle raus gescheucht. Von Tag zu Tag wurde es schlimmer, die meisten immer in der Küche. Ausflug am Sonntag, Küchentür zu gemacht. Wieder zurück, alle Zimmer „fliegenfrei“ – aber die Küche!! Das Fenster war übersät mit Fliegen! Irgendwo musste ein Gelege sein. Direkt den Vermieter kontaktiert, kam am nächsten Morgen um Fliegengitter anzubringen. Die Fliegen wollten aber raus, nicht rein.
Im Bereich Abstellkammer und Erdgeschosstoilette, hat er uns erzählt, befindet sich eine alte Sickergrube. Beide Räume grenzen an die Küche. Der Boden unter der Küche wird des öfteren durch Regen unterspült, deshalb haben die Laminatdielen nachgegeben, Aussage von Herrn Perniza. Unterspülung, Sickergrube, Fliegen? Klingt plausibel.
Schmeißfliegen in der Küche, nicht zumutbar. Wer möchte da noch was essen? Es wurde jeden Tag schlimmer, Abreise!
Wir reden hier nicht von einem Dutzend Fliegen. Es waren nach 3 Stunden Abwesenheit geschätzte 80 - 100 (Fotos vorhanden).
Herr Perniza hat uns eine Rückzahlung der verbleibenden Tage zugesagt, was wir sehr anständig fanden.
Die Rückzahlung kam aber nicht und kommt auch nicht!!! Da es angeblich vor und nach unserem Aufenthalt keine Fliegen gegeben haben soll. Wer‘s glaubt.
Unser Fazit – nicht wirklich empfehlenswert das ginge sehr viel besser.
