Our completely renovated and lovingly furnished holiday house "Haus Mariedl" is located in a quiet location in Reutte. Surrounded by a large garden, it can accommodate up to four people. Comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining room, living room with leather sofa and large flat screen TV, balcony and larch wood veranda. "Haus Mariedl" is a central starting point for activities in the Reutte holiday region. In summer there are four swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity, one of which can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. Not only various pastures and huts, but also the Lechweg, a long-distance hiking trail along one of the last European wild rivers, invite you to hike. In winter, enjoy the proximity to smaller ski areas: Hahnenkamm farms about 6km, Berwang / Bichlbach about 12km and Ehrwalder Alm about 25km. But also Austria's largest contiguous ski area Ski Arlberg can be reached by car in about one hour. For tourers, the region offers a variety of interesting opportunities. Cross-country skiers will find a well-developed network of trails in the immediate vicinity of the house. All year long, the Alpentherme Reutte invites you to bath and sauna, the castles Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau and Linderhof can be reached by car in 20-25 minutes. Ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit viel Persönlichkeit eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war herausragend. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir hatten, trotz einigen Regentagen einen schönen Urlaub, da wir uns in dem Haus wohl gefühlt haben, und an diesen Tagen statt Ausflügen mit den Kindern Spiele im Haus gespielt haben. Unser Aufenthalt fühlte sich vom ersten Moment wie zu Hause an. Charmante Gastgeber, hübsches, sehr wohnliches Ferienhaus mit Heimatcharakter. Reutte als Ort ist als Ausgangspunkt ideal , um die dutzenden Möglichkeiten, Attraktionen in der direkten Umgebung oder naheliegenden Tälern, Bergen und Landschaften zu besuchen. Das Wetter war natürlich in diesem Jahr um Pfingsten auch ideal.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern 2 Wochen dort verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken und zu unternehmen und auch der große Garten ist toll. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und die Ausstattung hat auch, was man braucht. Einzig eine Waschmaschine fehlt, was bei längeren Aufenthalten ein Manko sein kann. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war stets sehr freundlich und sie standen uns jederzeit bei Fragen hilfreich zur Seite. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.

Mooi verzorgd vakantiehuis, op een mooie locatie (uitzicht op de bergen) en prachtig groot terras. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en anders staat de vriendelijke eigenaresse altijd paraat om je te helpen. Het huis lijkt recent gerenoveerd te zijn. Fijne plek voor een familievakantie. Endlich Urlaub!

Ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung für Wanderer und Radfahrer (und Liebhaber von Königsschlössern) in schöner Landschaft mit Bergblick. Toll renoviertes, noch wie neu wirkendes Haus mit moderner Haustechnik, großzügigem Garten und Terrasse sowie Parkplatz. Nur die Betten waren, wie häufig, zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!
