The apartment is located in Haus Hochtannberg 40 in Warth, is completely south-facing, and was completely renovated in summer 2016.
New underfloor heating, windows, shutters, new division of the apartment in the kitchen with dining table, a living room, 2 double rooms, each with shower & toilet and a youth room.
In the youth room there is a bunk bed, the lower mattress is 140cm wide, and can easily accommodate 3 people.
The floor was laid with a solid oiled oak floor.
A native brushed silver fir was installed in the entire living area.
A fully equipped kitchen with many extras is waiting for you:
(Fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher with tabs, coffee machine with beans, toaster, egg cooker, raclette and fondue dishes and much more.
Large dining table for up to 10 people, including dining utensils, cultivated glass culture for wine, beer schnapps and sparkling wines leave nothing to be desired. There is also a spacious couch with a new flat screen and all free Sky programs.
The couch can be pulled out, so that the 8 and 9 person can easily sleep.
The terrace is on a hill with a direct view of the Lachtaler and Arlberger mountains, and in front of the Seebachsee.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung direkt am See. Einfach traumhaft

Wir waren mit der Familie und der Oma dort und haben ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende genossen. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Herr Vogt war super nett, hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es war einfach alles perfekt und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Appartement in een Mooie omgeving

Bij aankomst hadden we onze twijfels. De buitenkant kwam niet overeen met ons idee van een "huisje". Het appartement voldeed echter aan al onze wensen. Het uitzicht was super, een meer voor de deur, een leuk terras. Eén klein min puntje: in de masterbedroom zijn geen rolluiken; je wordt dus snel wakker van het licht.

Das Appartment und das Interieur ist sehr gut. Der Vermieter half unkompliziert und verbindlich, falls es uns an etwas gefehlt hat. Von dort aus kann man eine Menge auch mit kleineren Kindern machen. Aber für alle Altergruppen ist etwas dabei. Wir waren z.B. per Tagestour in Bregenz, waren Raften, auf der Sommerrodelbahn oder auf 2.015 m in der Widdersteinhütte. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Schönen Urlaub in Warth

Trotz schlechten Wetter hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Warth. Skigebiet ist super, Dorf ist etwas klein aber als Familie mit kleinen Kindern war es klasse

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche in der Wohnung. Dadurch hatten wir sehr viel Raum uns auszubreiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und durchdacht gestaltet. Die Ausstattung liegt sicher weit über dem Durchschnitt. Herr Vogt, der Vermieter, ist supernett und hat uns sogar noch einen Weihnachtsbaum besorgt. Die Kaffee/Espressomaschine ist prima und wir konnten uns mit den vorhandenen Gerätschaften hervorragend selbst verpflegen. Der Gang zum Dorflift in Warth ist schnell getan und so ist man erfreulicherweise nicht auf den Bus angewiesen, ein großes Plus. Skischuhheizung im Eingangsbereich und Skikeller für die Ski sind ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Ich könnte hier noch endlos weiter aufzählen, was es alles an Extras gibt, aber das würde den Rahmen sprengen. Gerne wieder!

Ferienwohnung Warth

Gemütliche, große, toll renovierte Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein Tischtennisraum (Schläger und Ball in der Wohnung vorhanden) bereicherte unsere Abende nach den Wanderungen. Auch gab es etliche Gesellschaftsspiele. Die Wohnung war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren in der Umgebung. Der Supermarkt im Ort ist eher klein.

Super Appartment für Wandertouren!

Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund zum Wandern im Lechtal und haben dieses wunderschöne Appartement direkt am Seebachsee gebucht. Herr Vogt war sehr zuvorkommend und bei allen Frragen jederzeit behilflich. Das Appartement hat eine super Lage um von dort aus Tagestouren in den Bergen zu unternehmen. Die Lage am See eignet sich auch besonders für Familien oder Hunde, da man eine schöne Runde um den See gehen kann. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet, mit zwei Bädern und einer Terrasse, auf der man nachmittags die Sonne genießen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in wunderbarer Lage

Wir sind inklusive Hund herzlich Willkommen geheißen worden und hatten einen sehr schönen entspannten Urlaub in wundervoll eingerichteter Ferienwohnung in direkter Lage an einem See! Sehr schöner Ausblick direkt auf den See und die Berge. Alles war sehr sauber & alles nötige, was man im Alltag benötigt vorhanden! Sehr empfehlenswert! Besten Dank!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

So wünscht man sich eine Ferienwohnung

Ich habe noch nie eine so schön eingerichtete und saubere Ferienwohnung gesehen! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Massive Holzmöbel, Holzboden, modere Badezimmer und eine Küche, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht, selbst eine richtig gute Kaffeemaschine! Dazu kommt noch eine tolle Lage direkt in der Natur und ein superfreundlicher Gastgeber! Besser hätte es nicht sein können, vielen Dank, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
