Nice apartment in central Reus

We were staying for 3 nights so wanted somewhere central to explore Reus on foot. This apartment is clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water, very good wi-fi and a large smart TV. The kitchen is very small but adequate, an electric kettle and a toaster would have been nice for basic catering. Might be a bit tight for a group of 8 with just one toilet in the tiny bathroom, but for us it was ideal and would stay here again.

Peut-être pour un très court séjour et encore?

Commençons par les bons côtés: - communications très faciles avec le gestionnaire - réaction rapide du gestionnaire pour faire venir une personne pour nettoyer le congélateur laissé sale par les locataires précédents - appartement très bien situé dans le centre piétonnier de Reus - stationnement peu cher et près de l’appartement Maintenant pour les points inacceptables ou à corriger: - c’est un appartement d’une bonne superficie mais qui est mal aménagé: salle de bain et cuisine minuscules. - vaisselle et ustensiles malpropres et plusieurs assiettes ébréchées - équipement pour cuisiner laisse à désirer: pas de passoire, bol de plastique brûlé et percé - la salle de bain aurait besoin d'être rénovée - chaises inconfortables et insuffisantes pour accommoder 8 personnes - la boîte à clé très difficile à ouvrir à cause d’un ressort mal installé - délai de remboursement de caution très long malgré les photos détaillées montrant l’état des lieux en quittant l’appartement - rue à sens unique très bruyante la nuit qui dessert une grande place et son stationnement. Pour avoir dans le passé utilisé fréquemment Abritel Home Aways pour faire des locations d’appartements, nous trouvons que cet appartement n’est pas à niveau et ne mérite pas son prix ni sa présence sur ces sites de location.

Lo pasamos muy bien con un pero...

en general el apartamento esta muy bien, la ubicación ideal para conocer el centro y un Parkin super cerca, aunque con el calor que hace en verano le hace falta aire en la habitación principal y mas estando 4 personas durmiendo en la habitación. de resto esta muy bien nos ha gustado mucho todo muy bien.

Super ! Je recommande !

Très agreable séjour. Appartement bien situé avec un parking à proximité et très ptoche de port aventura et salou. L appartement est spacieux et dispose de tous les équipements pour passer un séjour agréable sans trop emmener de bagages (lave linge, cafetière, draps et linge de maison...) La propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et disponible en cas de problème ce qui est un vrai plus ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

El piso está bien ubicado y es céntrico. Desafortunadamente el televisor no funcionaba por una subida de tensión en la red que no se pudo solucionar. El contacto que nos facilito las llaves fue muy resuelto y amable. Nos dejaron capsulas de café para desayunar un punto a favor a tener en cuenta. Aunque a la cocina le faltan utensilios de menaje para poder cocinar (cuchillo para cortar vegetales, madera para cortar, colador, baneja para horno) y no habia ingredientes básicos para cocinar como dice el anuncio. No obstante, estuvimos bien. Es Recomendable.
