Grüne Idylle

Großes Haus, liebevolle Osterdeko und sonstige Deko (wir sind keine so DekoMäuschen- für uns stand zu viel Deko herum - das ist Geschmackssache). Sehr ruhig gelegen, umrundet von grünen Wiesen mit Pferden. Ideal für tolle Unternehmungen in der Region. Sehr nette Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen.

Ausreichend Platz in urigen Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und mit vielen Tipps und Infos zur Region für unseren Aufenthalt versorgt. Acht schöne Tage in den Herbstferien haben wir hier verbracht und waren vollauf zufrieden. Mit 4 Erwachsenen u. 5 Kindern hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Der große Esstisch war perfekt für so viele Leute, egal ob zum Essen oder Spiele spielen. Lediglich das Wohnzimmer bietet etwas geringe Anzahl an Sitzplätzen. Die Holzöfen im EG trugen zum angenehmen Ambiente bei. Die super ausgestattete Küche ließ kaum Wünsche offen (Wikrowelle fehlte, was nicht weiter schlimm war). Das Haus ist zwar alt und urig aber wer damit kein Problem hat, der wird sich in dem kleinen Ortsteil außerhalb von Rettenbach wohlfühlen. Man kann hier aus der Tür und ab in die Natur. Im 2 km entfernten Ort findet man einen kleinen Supermarkt für die wichtigsten Dinge sowie einen Metzger und Bäcker (leider hatte der wegen Personalmangel zeitweise geschlossen). Für größere Einkäufe findet man in Schongau oder Marktoberdorf (je ca. 15 km) alles Nötige. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden das Ferienhaus von Familie Hild jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub, interessantes altes Haus, verspricht mehr als tatsächlich da ist....viel zu teuer

Das Haus hat tatsächlich sehr alten Charme, es knarrt sehr und die Treppe nach oben ist etwas gefährlich, nicht Kinderfreundlich. allerdings das Spielzimmer ist für kl. Kinder toll. Das Haus hat kein Grundstück, wenn man draußen sitzen möchte, muss man im Carport oder auf dem Parkplatz sitzen, es sind auch nicht genug Stühle da... Das ist sehr schade, denn im Internet ist eine schöne große Wiese zu sehen, die leider den Nachbarn gehört und man nicht raufgehen darf. Wir hatten jeden Tag kleine und große Katzen zu Besuch, sollte man wissen...die gehören wohl allen in diesem Dorf...wir fanden es toll. Zum chillen oder erholen lädt das Haus nicht ein, in der Wohnstube können max 4-5 Pers. sitzen und davon nur einer bequem...bunter Sessel , im Essbereich können zwar 10 Pers. am Tisch sitzen, dann ist der Raum aber voll...die Bilder im Netz täuschen sehr. Viele Schränke sind verschlossen. Es stehen sehr viele persönliche Bilder und Fotos und Privates im Haus, das fand ich nicht so schön. Das Haus ist nicht so groß wie man im Netz sieht, für 10 Pers. ziemlich eng, man muss sich schon mögen. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine. Die Betten sind ok, wir haben gut geschlafen. Wir haben uns aber nicht unwohl gefühlt, waren aber auch nur 5 Personen Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön, wir waren viel unterwegs. Fazit: Urlaub und Ausflüge waren sehr schön, das Haus ist aber definitiv zu teuer, für so wenig Komfort.

Idealer Ausgangsort für Familien

Vorweg gesagt: die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterehepaar ist ausgesprochen angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe in einer Ansammlung von vielleicht sechs oder sieben Häusern. Es vefügt über eine Einfahrt, in der ein Auto und für ein Frühstück im Sommer auch zwei große Tische passen. Ein zweites Auto kann unmittelbar vor dem Haus gepasst werden. Da die Einfahrt die einzige Außenfläche ist, wäre dies mit zwei Autos unsere Empfehlung. An Grundausstattung ist alles vorhanden, um auch in einer großen Gruppe zu kochen, einen schönen Abend in der "Stube" zu haben oder Draußen zu grillen. Wer Rad- oder Laufsport machen möchte, hat stets die Alpen als Panorama und findet gleich fußläufig ein mannigfaltiges Angebot. In unmittelbarere Nähe befindet sich ein wirklich toller, kleiner Badesee, der kostenfrei benutzt werden kann. Eignet sich für Groß und Klein. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über die Schlafmöglichkeiten, die sich in Zweierzimmer unterteilen. Wen es nicht stört in einem wirklichen "Jägerhaus" zu nächtigen, der kommt auch hier geruhsam in den Schlaf. Wir waren mit sechs Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen in dem Haus und haben die Umgebung von Bodensee, Kempten und Schloss Neuschwanstein erkundet. Alles liegt in einem Zeitfenster von 30 bis 90 Minuten entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wirklich feinen Aufenthalt und haben die Region sehr schätzen gelernt.
