This old restored barn combines the comfort of open spaces and rusticity (raw floors, stones, lime and hemp). On the large enclosed terrace (24 m²), you can enjoy meals while admiring the vast panorama of the mountains. House adjoining a main residence but not overlooked.
Nearby: Retournac 4.5 km (all shops and services, Lace Manufactures Museum, remains of the Château d'Artias, Loire Valley), Mont Gerbizon, Madeleine plateau, Bourianne lava flow, Chamalières-sur- Loire 8 km (Romanesque priory), medieval village of Chalencon 8 km, the Moulin de Vignal, castle and flea market of Rochebaron. Ground floor: large living room-kitchen (TV), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, pantry.
1st attic floor: small lounge-library on the mezzanine, 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds + 1 140 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds), bathroom with toilet.
