No shampoo but good air conditioning is what you will find.
Our room had a nice balcony but smoke from the pizza oven chimney often invaded.
The restaurAnt serves great pizza but breakfast was only coffee, juice, and toast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Spa was above average and the experience was amazing! Super clean and responsive to customer needs! Wife planning return trip with her girlfriends!

Love, love, loved this place. It was exactly if not more of what it appeared to be. There was a communal kitchen that we used to cook, and we cleaned up after ourselves. Excellent attention to detail. Staff was friendly and quick. Although in the rainforest it had very modern touches and a eco-green concept that gave the place a magical feel. Would definitely go there again and recommending it to all my friends who go to Bocas del Toro.
