Beautiful house in Alto Penedo

Beautiful house in a family environment with 04 bedrooms, living and dining room in a large, comfortable environment with fireplace. We have a garage for up to 4 cars and more spaces outside. A wonderful garden, with native plants and exotic birds. Besides being very close to the waterfalls of Deus, Poço das Esmeraldas and Três Basias. We have drinking water, pure and crystal clear from the top of the waterfall, for a medicinal bath and without guilt of waste. We have an equipped kitchen for guests to use.
The vacation home features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms.

Gostamos tanto da casa, como de sua localização. Ótimo fim de semana.

Ótima casa, bem próxima as principais cachoeiras, muita tranquilidade, fica uns 10 minutos do centro de Penedo e internet funciona bem. A família curtiu bastante. Observações: o proprietário fica na casa, a mesma tem entrada lateral independente na parte debaixo, eles não acessam a parte interna da casa. Apesar do casal ser bem bacana, tira um pouco a privacidade de quem alugou a mesma. Uma dica para os proprietários: horário de saída do imóvel, passar para as 14:hs assim o locador pode sair após o almoço e com mais tranquilidade. Por na observação do imóvel, as câmeras de vídeo que tem na parte interna e externa da residência.
