We needed to be in Reno for 3 weeks, so wanted more than a hotel. We were very pleased with the Alexander. It was clean, comfortable, & well furnished. The location was very convenient for accessing either the freeway or Business 395 (S.Virginia St) and it was on the southern part of town that has less traffic & congestion. The staff was very responsive to questions & made every effort to accommodate our needs. The apartment provided a guest portal on the VRBO app which provided information on check-in, check-out, & how to access all the features of the apartment complex. We would definitely stay there again.

House clean and beds comfortable. Property a little hard to locate. Left early because of unresolved issues. They booked back to back, with people leaving and arriving the same day. This caused alot of issues. Amenties like shower soap, wash cloths, towels, toilet paper, coffee, and extra bedding were missing. Some of these were on property and I had to look for them. Garage door opener was missing. The garage was not accessible. The tv was difficult to navigate, no instructions were available. Tryed to call, text, email and go in person to the club/office to resolve. Communications were difficult because I had to communicate with a different person each time. Promises were made to fix issues within a time frame that did not happen. Some resolutions were made, some where not. Property owners asked if they could do anything to make it right. I made a request and was told they would check into it. I am still waiting.
