Professional Extended Stay Efficiency Studio Beautifully Remodeled Historic Home

Award winning beautiful remodel of 1905 historic home in the heart of desirable Midtown district. This home was remodeled with the traveling professional in mind. We strive to provide the comforts we enjoy when we travel. Studio has a smart television, WIFI, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and Keurig. This studio has original clawfoot tub with a shower head as well. It's filled with sunlight, has a chair/ottoman, small desk, dresser, and large closet with hangers. There is lots of storage in the space. We have 7 fully furnished studios in this home we rent to travel professionals and two that rent on permanent basis to local professionals. There is shared fully furnished kitchen if you prefer to cook in and gas grill, picnic table and corn hole if you prefer to cook out. Two washers/dryers and iron/board in laundry. Individual locked storage. The house sits on quiet street, yet within a couple of blocks walk to best restaurants, craft breweries, bars, shopping and hub of activity. The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Beautiful property Accommodating Host

Chris is very kind and accommodating. My room was gorgeous. Like something out of a magazine. I'd definitely stay here if I need a place in Reno. The only wild card here is that there are some shared facilities and it's hard to predict the human element sometimes but Chris dies a great job of expressing expectations of guests to be considerate of shared kitchen/entry while nit being overbearing. She clearly takes pride in her place. It's nice there is parking too.

Enjoyable Stay

We have been here for @ 4 weeks now and we have thoroughly enjoyed. The residents here are super friendly and cool. Very personable. We have felt welcome since arriving. Chris is always available via text or call and made sure we didn’t need anything. We would stay again if we come back to Reno!
