Work From Here: A dedicated, ergonomic workspace awaits, featuring blazing-fast fiber internet (WiFi), a premium Steelcase Leap office chair, sit-to-stand desk, and a 27" LG 4K monitor with USB-C hub, webcam, and wireless keyboard/mouse. Stay productive in complete comfort.

Family Comforts: The house features a kids' room with two twin beds, board games, and books. The fully fenced backyard offers a safe space for play and relaxation.

Relax & Unwind: Kick back in the living room with a 55" Roku Smart TV (connect your own accounts) and a cozy electric fireplace. Rest easy on brand new, high-quality mattresses: a hybrid King in the master, a hybrid Queen in the second bedroom, and two comfortable memory foam Twins with trundle in the third bedroom. Convenient outlets and USB plugs are located on every nightstand. Enjoy the tile shower and luxurious bidet in the master bathroom, or have a relaxing bath in the second bathroom.

Gourmet Kitchen & Coffee Bar: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, quality forged knives, stainless steel cookware, filtered tap water, toaster, blender, waffle maker, and essential spices. Coffee lovers will appreciate the dedicated coffee bar with a grinder, premium coffee beans, pour-over setup, French press, and a specialty drip coffee maker.

Home Conveniences: Enjoy year-round comfort with central Air Conditioning and heating. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use. Self check-in provides flexibility for your arrival.

Outdoor Living (Seasonal): The backyard deck is equipped seasonally with an outdoor cooking center/griddle, a dining table with seating, a relaxing hammock, and lounge chairs. Feel free to pick apples from the two mature apple trees when they are in season!



Location & Access:

- Prime Midtown location provides walkability to local attractions.

- Easy 30-45 minute drive to Lake Tahoe ski resorts and beaches.

- The house itself is a single-level rancher-style home with no stairs inside. Note: Access involves 3 steps from the driveway to the front door, or 11 steps via the staircase from the street.


Parking:

- Ample free street parking is available 24/7 directly in front of the house.

- Driveway parking is also available, though please be aware the incline is steep.


You'll have private access to the entire house, including backyard and driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.

Other things to note
Up to 2 dogs are allowed ( max 100lbs combined) for $100 per stay. NO CATS, please. We kindly ask that you don’t leave your dog unattended and that you pick up after your dog.

Accessibility: The house itself is a single-story rancher with no stairs inside. However, accessing the front door requires navigating 3 steps from the driveway or 11 steps via the staircase from the sidewalk.

Location: The house is located on Plumas St, which can experience traffic noise, particularly during peak hours. We have installed double-pane windows and good insulation to minimize this, but some noise may still be audible.


Steep Driveway: While driveway parking is an option, please be mindful of the steep incline.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. A minimum $500 violation fee will apply, or guests will be responsible for the full cost of restoring the home to its original condition prior to the violation, whichever amount is greater.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR PETS
Only guests and pets included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests or pets will result in a minimum $500 violation fee, plus responsibility for any additional cleaning, repairs, or damages resulting from the violation.
