What a Nightmare

Booked this VRBO in September for December stay. Tried to communicate with owner prior to arriving for weeks. Three days before our trip they did not ever get back to us with info on how to access the property. Contacted VRBO to ask for refund to book something else they wouldn’t help until 3:30 on day of check in . Then they refunded and we cancelled our Christmas trip . They still list this property so they are participating in this fraudulent listing

Stay Away!!!

The owner seemed to avoid contact by changing his phone number and not answering our calls and texts. He then canceled our reservation -- after we arrived at the property. We had to look for a last-minute accommodation which was worst and at a much higher price. Beyond disappointing.
