A couple days after I checked out, Hyatt charged my credit card another 8 and 4 dollars without any explanation. During my stay of 4 nights, the last night has no housekeeping at all, which is weird. The towels do not get replaced. I need to manually go to the front desk asking for it. Still no housekeeping provided, but just having me replace the towers myself.

Breakfast was not good. We don’t expect a lot from hotel breakfast but this was barely edible. And the coffee, no exaggeration, worst I’ve ever had. Other than the breakfast, we had a great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We did not have breakfast. The only negative was that the room was too hot, and unable to control the temperature. We ended up turning the whole unit off, but was still very warm.

We have been staying here since they opened. We are very angered they are charging for parking now. We are living in a greedy capitalistic America right now and this hotel just jumped right on board with it. The parking cost should already be in the overinflated price of the room we already pay for. There is no garage, there is no security- what are we paying for? LUDICROUS!!
