Every time I stay there I have either a dog that won't shut up or like last night, a couple dogs and a couple that argued deep into the night. I always check the filters on the AC and almost every time they are in need of cleaning. Last night they were disgusting. You couldn't see day light through them. Disgusting amount of dust that the people who stay there breath in. The place is nice enough, the staff are always nice. But I think they have people that are living there. And they're always exactly the type of people that you picture in your mind when you stay at a hotel.
It takes a couple minutes to clean these...

Noisy motor hotel, expected. Not expected is the combativeness of the front desk staff. Extend my stay through Expedia based on their rate, because I would not pay the higher hotel rate direct they were going to make me check out of my room for from 10:30 - 3:00 and check back into another room. They had the nerve to tell me that “had I extended with them at their higher rate, I would not have been inconvenienced”. Very simple seeing I was booked through to just leave me in my room. For cleaning rooms etc, their room capacity less then 50 percent from looks of the parking lot. Already in one of the least desirable areas of the hotel, no reason for their decision process. Now I’m dealing with being double billed for my first 3 days stay. After much arguing and frustration with the front desk, they finally presented a breakdown of costs and have been over billed in pending charges trying to make sure final charges reflect actual days and the front desk is just further combative and avoiding transparency. Never again, not sure if it’s mgmt this location or Hotel Brand in general.

Friendly staff but we had no tv volume and they were unable to fix it. We were offered another room but we were too tired to move everything again. Pet friendly, nice pet area but not fenced or enclosed. Dog rooms are located in the back and theres freeway noise. Its close to everything and walkable to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay there again.

The hotel location was great! The room was clean and modern, the staff were friendly and hospitable. The bath products were a good quality, and we were given enough of them. The towels and linens were clean and fresh. We could hear the television in the next room. During the night, the air conditioner was making a very loud noise and the only way to get it to stop was to turn it off.
