Good location, could be cleaner

This hotel fit our needs, but was not clean, and the beds were not comfortable. Good location, nice pool, quality breakfast restaurant and nice dog run area. Walking distance to Great Basin Brewery which was a great experience.

Our room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, plenty of bath towels, soap, etc. It was mostly quiet, but no one can control rude people who don't respect other people's needs for quiet. We did not hear traffic noise and the "people" noise was mostly from the quad with the swimming pool (which is usually inherently noisy everywhere you go). There's a restaurant there called "Two Chicks" that I would never go to again. The food was undercooked (then radically overcooked when redone). The service was a disaster. But, overlooking the restaurant, our 3 day stay was very satisfactory.

The floor was filthy. I walked barefoot on it for about 15 mins and my feet were black. Try a CLEAN mop.

Surrounded by Convenience

The room was absolutely clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is located perfectly on the main road, Virginia. Its also surrounded by great conveniences. (7-11, gas station, best buy, whole foods) That being said the area is quiet. Also the restaurant, Hot Chicks, is great! You Have to go in for a delicious meal.

The shower head had calcification on it, the tub had speckles of something (maybe paint). The WiFi kept dropping so it was impossible to work, or watch tv. The front desk clerk was rude and u professional. Won’t stay here again.
