We stayed here from December 30 to January 1, and overall had a really great experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The hotel felt quiet and safe, and the location was convenient for getting around Reno. Everything was just straightforward and pleasant, which is exactly what you want when traveling. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

We stayed at this Hotel from 12/20-12/26. On 12/22, I went down and requested housekeeping services since we had been staying in the same room since the 20th. While my daughter was changing after her shower, one of housekeeping personnel walked into our room 2 times without knocking or announcing that they was coming in. When confronted the second time, she sighed, rolled her eyes and walked away. Not only was the experience super uncomfortable but we felt as if it was a huge invasion of our privacy. I understand i requested housekeeping services but that doesn't give her the go ahead to just come into our room without knocking.. and to top it off, the room was never serviced lol We stayed for a total of 6 days in room 210. First leg of the booking was from the 20-22 and the next leg was for the 22-26. The experience with the housekeeper made us not want to request any services for the remainder of our stay. We came down to visit family and only used the hotel to sleep at night hence why we didn't file a complaint in person.

Very clean and a nice sized room. Coffee was good in the room. Has a microwave . The TV didn’t work and one of the outlets was not functioning. One of my nights there the guy next to me had the TV playing all night long and the sound though dampened travelled through the walls and yes I had earplugs in. He apologized in the morning . The Blu Bar on Saturday happy hour was a blast. Will come back just for that. I liked the ease of being able to park just outside my room and move bags / food in/out with ease. The main window has a great black out screen to block light for better sleep.
