Come and make yourself at home in this real cocoon in the heart of the Breton capital (avenue Jean Janvier), a stone's throw from the SNCF train station. Set in a beautiful 1930s condominium, the apartment offers panoramic views of Rennes. Here, the charm of parquet flooring blends with contemporary, carefully-crafted decor. Ideal for business trips or family holidays, you'll particularly appreciate its location, comfort and calm.

Located on the 7th floor (elevator to 6th floor, access from 6th to 7th by staircase), the fully renovated apartment opens onto two bedrooms, both with 160x200 beds, and one with a dining area. The kitchen is functional, where you can prepare tasty meals or sip a cup of tea before exploring our pretty town.
The shower room is brand new.

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location
We very much enjoyed our stay in Rennes. The apartment was well-sized, clean, and well-furnished, and was located just a block from Rennes's newest bus depot and train station. We recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Fabulous location to walk everywhere
We were met at the door for the key handover which was great. This apartment is well located very close to the railway station and within walking district of the old city of Rennes. We had a car as we were travelling around Brittany & Normandy so parking for free was a little tricky but we managed for our entire stay. The only draw back was the flight of steps from the lift which only went to the 6th floor up to the attic apartment. We would stay again

Appartement fonctionnel mais sous les toits, pigeons compris et machinerie ascenseur proche d une des chambres Durant 1 semaine de location à plus de 500 euros en novembre, l agence veut faire visiter l appartement et malgré mon refus se pointe sous un autre prétexte (menus travaux mais ils n avaient qu à les faire hors de ma semaine) sans même un coup de fil avant et je me retrouve devant un gars qui a les clés au moment même où j'allais m absenter. Il serait rentré sans mon accord si j étais pas là ?!! Oui je pense. Bref le comportement de l agence laisse à désirer pour moi. Sinon ça allait et la ville est plutôt sympa
