Maison Elleviou - Grande Maison à deux pas du centre

A large new house with five bedrooms and garden in town. This charming house of 152m2 with its garden and terrace is located in a quiet area between the Sacré Coeur district and the Arsenal Redon, a few minutes from the Nantes bridge and the city center.

The accommodation:

Entirely renovated by an architect, this house is on the ground floor overlooking the garden. It has a beautiful main room/living room and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your short, medium or longer stays, 1 toilet, and access to the laundry (consisting of a washing machine and dryer).

All of the very comfortable and up-to-date furniture will make you very quickly feel “at home”
TV with Netflix subscription and good internet connection. Outside, a garden with a terrace and its furniture are ideal to enjoy family moments.

On the first floor, a second living room with television to serve two bedrooms: parental suites, each with a queen-size bed, a dressing room with wardrobe and a shower room with double sinks. A separate toilet completes this first floor.

On the second floor: 3 new bedrooms, one is double with a queen size bed 160*200, complete dressing room and a desk, the two others: twins, composed of two beds of 90 each one also has its own complete dressing room.

The large bathroom is shared and has a bathtub and shower as well as a double vanity unit. A separate toilet also completes this level.

Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The district:

Located between the quiet districts of Sacré Coeur and Arsenal Redon, you are close to all the necessary local shops and you can enjoy the softness of the district life. Want more "city"? You are only ten minutes walk from the Colombier district and its many shops and the Charles de Gaulle esplanade (cinema, concert, museum), 15 minutes from the historic center where all sorts of activities are possible: café terraces, restaurants, Opera or Theatre . . . You won't have time to get bored!

Every day The Central Market La Criée on the Boulevard de la Liberté and every Saturday morning, the Lices Market, a true Rennes institution, welcomes local producers as well as many craftsmen.

For nature lovers, just a few steps from La Maison Elleviou, the square Villeneuve welcomes you. In the heart of the city, the Thabor Park, the Tanners Park and further north the Gayeulles Park or the meadows of the Saint-Martin Canal offer you vast green spaces conducive to family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.

Transport:

A few steps from the house several bus lines will allow you to reach the city center or the swimming pool of Bréquigny.

On site, you will be greeted by the team of Cocoonr, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live” rentals, who will be at your disposal throughout your stay to allow you to make the most of it.
