The place is in need of repair and maintenance. Breakfast menu gets boring real quick even with the "special" that didn't change during our entire 9 night stay. Don't get a lower unit unless you want to deal with people stomping above you at night when you're trying to sleep. Lots of rocks on entry into the water also. You get what you pay for at this place.
If your looking for “on the beach”. This place is wonderful. Beach and water was spectacular. Hotel is very old and needs remodel. Our bed was shot. The staff is second to none. They are the best and they did take care of very need we had.

Hi John, sorry that you had difficulty with the bed, I understand that one of you recently had surgery so perhaps the bed was not a good fit after such a procedure. I do hope that the room that we moved you to was adequate for the duration of your stay. Regarding the hotel, we offer down-home and comfortable rooms surrounded by the natural Anguilla habitat (the pond and the sea) directly on the beach and all of our rooms are well equipped to make your stay enjoyable. So, regardless of a remodel, I am glad that the staff assisted you and ultimately I hope you enjoyed your stay: that is what is most important to all of us! Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
